Don't buy here if you plan on returning anything. They will try to direct you to a local store.
I ordered a pair of shoes that were on clearance and wtf? They send me ONE shoe. ONE fricking shoe. I had to plead my case to get an RMA label.
I return the shoe and 3 months later never get credited. I have to call again and CSR says yeah we got the return, but they never credit your account unless you call back. Wow...never buying from this place again.

Placed an order on Saturday two pair of shoes for my dad as a Fathers day present. Got approval online, and same day confirmation email. My Bank called on Sunday, said it was a routine call for 'security purposes' to verify my order. I confirmed it with them.

Monday I get a call(voicemail)from FL 'for security purposes' wants to confirm my order. I call back, but they are closed. I need to call back on Tuesday.

They want my billing info (i confirm it), they want the shipping info (i give them my dads name and city, but i am away from my computer and cant 'confirm' street and apt. number). They tell me with out the street they cant ship. I told them exactly what I ordered - item, size, color, qty, but they said they needed the street or they couldn't confim my order 'for fraud purposes'. I told them they are about to loose a customer and they ask 'Is there anything else I can help you with? Thank you for choosing finish line."

I ordered from the once and had a bad experience. I had to place my order over the phone because I live overseas and have a military address, but my credit card has a U.S. mailing address. This is not a problem with most online retaielrs, but with FinishLine it was a huge problem. My order was cancelled. Customer service representatives informed me that it is their policy to confirm orders before shipping in cases where the billing address and the shipping address differ (not an uncommon situation). They said they called me twice to try to confirm, but they did not leave a voice message nor did they try to contact me via email. Once my order was cancelled, I was not able to get them to reinstate my order at the original sale price, and in my opinion that is unacceptable. I think that if they must have anti-fraud policies that are more restrictive than those of other retailers, they should make a bigger effort to contact the customer before canceling the order. I will never attempt to order from them again.

never buy limited jordan shoes from them. they ship out of stores so even though you placed an order expecting to get it, the store possibly can sell the shoes and your order will be cancelled two weeks later. True story that happened to me on my collezione pack. Never received notice until my order was cancelled. Last time to order on FNL for limited release J's. Buy at your own rish.

Finish line is the BEST when it comes to sales priced items. I refuse to pay retail since it is all made overseas for cheap labor. And with finish line you can grab fantastic bargains on brand name goods. example, $30 shorts for $2.99!!!!. Love this store!!

I had a great experience with FL. I was able to use multiple discounts on my order. I got my stuff the day I was told I would get it. My only (minor) complaint was the jersey I ordered was a bit wrinkled. I would have preferred it come in a box folded to prevent wrinkles. I will order from them again.

I had a great experience purchasing from FinishLine.com. I bought a pair of shoes that were pretty new and were not eligible for promotional discounts at all the other retailers (FootLocker, champs, Eastbay, etc). But at FinishLine there was nothing mentioned about not being able to use discounts with these shoes. So first I tried to use the 15% off coupon listed here and it worked! Right before I was about to complete my purchase, I figured I'd take a look at SD for any higher coupon codes. Sure enough I found a 20% off and tried that which also worked! I was still skeptical thinking they might cancel the order since the shoes were Nike Lebron's which are usually never discounted until they are old but they shipped them the same day and I received the shoes in two days (even with free ground shipping)! And to top it off, they reported my FatCash the same day on the regular amount, not the amount after the coupon! So I got the shoes for 20% off + 7% Cash Back...shoes that were not eligible for discounts anywhere. Great experience!

Placed order on 7/5 for 2 pairs of shoes. Never received order or shipping confirmation. Credit card was however billed for total amount. Called on 7/9 to inquire into the whereabouts of my order. Was told the order never processed and could not be processed at this time as the "system is down". They claimed their ordering system was down since 7/5 (4 days) and they have no idea when the system will come up again so that I can place an order. There website is indicating that the items I ordered are no longer available so even when they system comes up, I can't get what I was after. So, I've been billed but my order was never processed and I was never notified. Definitely will NEVER order from again.

i had a terrible experience at FinishLine.com. i ordered a shoe with regular width and after about 25 days i got the shoe and that of XWIDE(4E) width. i called up customer service and they said they wont send me a return shipping label and i should go to store and place another order for the same shoe with the requied width. i went to the store, first they did not have the shoe... fine... then the lady tried to locate it on their site, she found one on one higher size with regular width, i said ok, get me this. then they asked me to pay for shipping again. i tried to argue, as it is the company's mistake i should not be made to pay the fee, but the store manager said he is helpless because of the company policies, and i paid the shipping again. i am hoping to get the right shoe now.
the stores are great place for to buy your shoes, big collection... but the website really sucks, dont buy from there, better to get from the ones which offer free returns. also customer service is very rude and pathetic.
