I completely agree. I placed an order for a "in-stock" item Dec. 18, 2002. I paid UPS 3 day shipping per the website suggestion to receive the item by Christmas. I received e-mail confirmation with an untrackable order number. I have sent e-mails, left voice mail msgs., held on their customer support line for 35 min. to no avail and used there automatic call service.

I have received absolutely no contact!!!!

No item, no return call or e-mail. I don't even think my credit card has been charged!

I have used swear words in my latter e-mail requests because telling them that I have notified the BBB and Consumer Affairs Dept. is getting me nowhere. I want these people to know how upset I am.

I have tried e-mailing Yahoo as suggested. We'll see if I get anywhere with that.

DO NOT USE YOUCANSAVE.COM - They are a terrible scam. It is worth the cost to spend more and receive customer service and the service you expect and pay for from a company.

Consumer Alert! - Do Not Buy From www.youcansve.com!

www.youcansave.com is an absolute "Bait" and "Switch" online retailer who rips customers off.

1. www.youcansave.com's web site "states" your item is "in stock" and is usually available to ship the next day.
2. In truth, many "in stock" items are not available for months! This is a new version of "bait" and "switch." The consumer purchases items relying on the fact they are "in-stock", when www.youcansave.com knows the items are not there!
3. www.youcansave.com charges your credit card the day you order, not when the item is shipped.
4. There's practically no customer service at www.youcansave.com. Email them once... twice... three times. They Don't Reply!
5. Wait for your item - 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks, 4 weeks. Paid for next day and 2 day priority shipping? Tough luck, no shipping refunds.
6. Finally get your item? The package doesn't contain a invoice. Know why? www.youcansave.com items can't be returned. Final sales only.
7. Packing materials sometimes don't protect the items ordered. Didn't pay for postal insurance? Tough luck again no product replacements even though it was the company's fault.

You do not have to trust me or any person regarding the information provided. And, while wwwyoucansave.com seemingly has incredible prices for as-seen-on-tv purchases, is it really worth saving $20 bucks if you don't receive your "in-stock" item for a month, they charge you the same day your order, and there is no reasonable customer service to assist you when the company doesn't live up to it's promises?

As rated by www.Bizrate.com, over 12,500 of the company's 25,000 customers have been dissatisfied with www.youcansave.com's service since 1999.

www.Bizrate.com is www.youcansave.com's purchase exit company, They question customers about their individual purchases. Bizrate received service reports from 25,000 customers. And half hate www.youcansave.com.

WWW.YOUCANSAVE.COM has consistently rated as POOR in almost every customer rating category!

I still don't know why Yahoo doesn't stop this online retailer as youcansave.com is a Yahoo Shop.
My order took over a month to deliver. I cannot believe this company hasn't been shut down. It's just BAD!
