I purchased 2 items from this site (neither of which were available and were back order forever.

By the time they arrived, I no longer needed one of the items and returned it, within days in the original packaging. 2 weeks after they had received the merchandise I called to find out what was taking so long?! They told me they'd received it (I knew that!) and asked if I wanted them to credit my MasterCard. I said, "of course!" Then told me they were issuing a credit in the amount of the item I'd kept, not the one I returned (about $30 difference). I explained that they were crediting the wrong item. They put me on hold and hen the "sales manager" got on the line and proceeded to tell me I'd returned something completely different than I'd returned!

I've been shopping on-line for years and NEVER have I ever had a problem like this!! The manager was absolutely obnoxious. I asked for the President and was told, "he doesn't handle this, I do!" Amazing.


I wish I'd read the reviews BEFORE purchasing from these thieves. I finally got sick of arguing with the "sales manager" who kept telling me I'd sent back something different than I did. It was bizarre.

In truth, even if I had, a reputable company would have made good.

Lesson learned-stay away from this site unless you want to be ripped off. These people still owe me $30.00

My order came in two shipments. Expecting the second shipment to come in a couple weeks I waited until I had all the bras to ship back the ones that didn't fit. Even though I am only 2 DAYS past the date on my original invoice, and have only had my second shipment of bras for less than a week, they won't accept the return. The guy on the phone--the "customer service" rep---- was belligerent and disrespectful and cocky. Stay away.

Wish I would have known before I waited 6 months on a back order. After numerous emails the order was cancelled. STAY AWAY is right!!

My fiancee ordered a few items (about $80 worth) from these scam artists back in November 2003. They have a nice selection and the package arrived just fine, but the items were not exactly what she was looking for so she returned them a few weeks later, following their return instructions exactly.

It's now March 2004 and we are still have not been credited the $80. Repeated e-mails and phone calls to all available contacts are completely ignored.

When we started looking at vendor rating sites, we knew we were going to be out of luck. Other consumers here on Fatwallet as well as Bizrate and ResellerRatings appear to have the exact same problems with this company.
The Dallas Better Business Bureau has numerous complaints on file for them, and we'll be adding another one.

Wife ordered a corset/bra thingie to wear under her wedding dress about five weeks before the wedding. She is informed after placing the order that they don't have it in stock and must get it from the manufacturer. Three weeks go by and we call to find out what's going on. They offer to send a bigger size. Wife felt it was too late to order from elsewhere, so she wore a corset bra thing that was too big. The product was nice and all, customer service was nice and even called us, but the 4 week wait on an order and then still not getting the right thing is just absurd.

I ordered 2 bras online. I tried to cancel the day I ordered by phone, but was told that I needed to call back the next morning. When I did they said they could not stop the order although it did not ship for another week. One bra was backordered. I cancelled that order and over four weeks later, I still have not received my credit. They have lied to me and now they just blow me off when I call. They will not let me speak to anyone in accounting. I was first told that accounting did not take calls from customers and since have been told they are in a meeting with the customer service manager who will not take my calls either. STAY AWAY.

I would stay away from this site. I ordered 2 bras that were maked down one was 1/2 off the other was 20% off and for being a first time buyeri was to receive 10% off. So I ordered and put in the codes for the discount......It said that you would not see the discount yet but it would be refected on the final bill[credit card} When I recieved my order it still had FULL price and that was what I had on my credit card. I let them know about it but they did NOTHING! They more or less said tuff S t. I WILL NEVER AGAIN ORDER FROM THEM! So I would rate them at-10
