Ordered something needed for next day delivery only and made that clear. Phone was diconnected, received no confirmation as they said they'd send so I naturally assumed the company was out of business. 12 days later I received the wrong item and was charged for overnight delivery. Couldn't call to correct it, phone was still out so I emailed them. I received the email back "undeliverable." (Funny how my email with my original order got through!) You will notice that there is no return policy on their website as well. The package came from 9 E.19th St, New york, NY 10003 (Different then the original address). Either way, don't trust this company. They should be shut down!

Goods ordered online Feb 10 still not to hand - yes I've been ripped off too.

Seems they have a bad history.

Won't answer email either.

Phone details don't work.

These types should be removed from the Web and banned for life.

If you got the impression I'm pissed off - the answer is YES

Aussie (once bitten twice shy)

Same experience here. I do not expect to receive my merchandise. This is the FIRST time I have ever been ripped off online. From now on, I too will always dial the customer service number before ordering.

FOLLOW UP to my original post. I actually did receive my order about a week after I placed it. That having been said, it is absolutely unacceptable for an etailer to publish erroneous contact information and/or utterly ignore any attempt at email communication.

If you see a product you like on one of this company's web sites, search long and hard for an alternative source...

They took my money right out and I never even received my merchandise. You e-mail them, no answer, the Customer service number Says if you want to hook up with other singles call and gives you a 1800 # Also I too have found out that they operate under different stores. Lovedarling.com is one of them also. Its really sad that some people have no character or morals. This is a scam do not order at these .coms. From now own I will try the customer service # first before I ever order anything again.

Do NOT use this site unless you really don't care about receiving the product! They had an item that unfortunately was exclusive to them so I could not order it from anyone else, and I had promised this item as a Christmas gift, so I couldn't reneg on the promise. That Christmas gift finally arrived in July. Yes, 7 months later. It took placing four orders to finally get one delivered to me. The other orders were cancelled without notification. No email confirmations were sent, as the site claims they would be. Customer service is non-existant. I called the 800 number at least 3 dozen times and only got through once in January, which was how I found out that the first order had been cancelled. No one ever calls you back. The 800 number constantly is out of service, usually with unprofessional sounding error messages such as "The mailbox for this wireless customer is full". Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

Edited to add that this store has several different storefronts on the web, such as ClassicStyleGifts.com, GiftIdeasForDad.com, etc. The sites are easily identifiable by the similar design schemes and product listings. They are all the same company, just trying to find a different way into the market. They should all be avoided.
