I ordered another pair and this time I was pleasantly surprised. The glasses arrived quickly and I can see great. Two thumbs up this time! I'm glad I gave them another try, it was worth it.

4/8 UPDATE: Finally got a live person today when I called and she said I should send the glasses back (which I did) and someone will call me to discuss the problem. I want a refund. We shall see.

Terrible! I received my glasses and I can't see a thing! Frames are bent, lenses are the wrong prescription. Figured I'll give them the benefit of the doubt, called and emailed to get it straightened out. They don't answer the phone or return my calls. No response to my email either. I'm out $73+ dollars and stuck with these faulty glasses. Worst customer support I've seen in a long time.

Absolutely no problems. Great price,fast shipping and the prescription was as ordered. I purchased glasses for my teenage daughter and, so far, there have been no problems. She has received many compliments on her new glasses. I would recommend this company to anyone who doesn't want to pay "big name brand prices". I will purchase from them again.

It has been 49 days and I still don't have my glasses. They sent it to my billing address, as opposed to the shipping address I provided, and supposedly sent the glasses out to the proper address two weeks ago, but I have not seen hide nor hair of them. This is a ridiculous company with horrible shipping and I would NOT order from them again. The $70 I spent on the two glasses didn't justify this sort of a delay.

DON'T DO IT DON'T DO IT !!!! I ordered a pair of glasses from $39 dollars. It came out to be $130 pluse next day air DHL. I changed the style of glasses the very same day I ordered them. I paid with a Credit Card which they took out two weeks ago.Payment should have not been taken out until the glasses were shipped. $118.90 $11.95 total of $130.85 . When I placed the order they said it would be 2-3 days to ship. If progressive Lens then it will be an extra 2-3 days. So after a week I contacted them on 3/21 chatted with an online Rep and she said the glasses were to be shipped out that day. Then I called again on Monday cause my account still said: "Your order has now been sent to our laboratory and never was updated. Your custom made prescription eyeglasses are now being made to your exact specification." I was told on Monday they were shipping out on Tuesday because I changed the frames. I said I changed the frames the very same day I placed the order. So then I called on Wednesday and was told they were shipping that day. Then on Thursday I noticed my account said my glasses were still in Production. So I sent Instant a message today via instant Messanger. Today is Thursday March 27,2008 and now I'm being told it's going to be 2-3 days longer due to a lens breakage. I am really disappointed that one they took my money before they even shipped the order and each time I've called, I've been given a different story of why my glasses did not ship. I read up on this company from the BBB website, and there was only one other disappointed customer. But not actually reading more reviews, I should have checked out more sights. But, as far as I'm concerned, I would never order from them again. They offer no credit back for the length of time it's taken. I even ordered a lens case at an expense. Which should be free at this point. Funny how I threaten to report them with the BBB and how fast my order is shipping now, that I've gotten the BBB involved. I will never order from them nor will I suggest them to anyone of my friends or Family....BUYERS BEWARE they are a SCAM AGENCY....

No problems here. I was prepared for the worst when I read the last few reviews! I've had them almost a week now. I bought basic, contemporary glasses for $39. I feel they are what they are, but the lenses fit fine, the glasses aren't any worse than the ones at Pearle Vision or LenCrafters. I have had $100+ glasses break after only a few months too... I am replacing a $150 pair that are only 3 years old, but at $39.99 I was able to buy 2 pairs! I used a $10 off coupon too. Combined with my FatWallet Cash Back, I paid less than $68 for 2 pairs of glasses! Can't beat it. If you have any special needs though, like bi-focals or want tinting or UV, etc. they charge much more. Glasses may replace shoe shopping!

Workmanship sucks. Glasses broke after 2 days. Sent back glasses for replacement, they sent back same defective frame. Sent back for partial refund, they sent back another pair. Sent back AGAIN, they didn't apply refund until after I contacted my bank to do a charge back.

Terrible customer service, terrible quality.

Ended up getting a much nicer pair at my local Costco for only $20 more than the cheapie pair on 39DollarGlasses cost.

I'm sorry to say...overall..they are good. BUT, the worksmanship isn't all what its cracked up to be. On my first round, everything looked right, until I noticed that the lens was not cut correctly to nest inside the frame. So, I contacted Customer Support...they were great in helping me out, and I returned them for a new set. 4 weeks later, I received them...and again, the lens were not cut correctly.

I'll probably take out the wrench and squeeze the frames down to fit the lens...but in the end...it is what it is...a $39 dollar pair of glasses.
