Bad experience price match with customer services. They denied matching from authorized reseller instock item. I ordered camera 2 week ago shipped last week and denied price match from authorized reseller website. I will not buy from them again!

I've ordered from them several times, because of their good prices. Never had a problem with their service and shipping,(which most of the time was free). I intend to continue using them when their prices match or beat other online companys.

I was very impressed with my experience with Abt Electronics. The item that I wanted was priced $20 below anywhere else I could find it, including direct from the manufacturer. Plus shipping was free and I didn't have to pay tax. What an awesome experience.

We've purchased at least a dozen items from Abt, (vcrs, a dvd player, tvs, etc) and have ordered by phone, internet, and have shopped in person at their b&m store. So far, we haven't encountered any problems. They have always been willing to price match any other retailer, their customer service and sales dept have been a pleasure to deal with, and delivery has always been prompt and efficient.
If you live in the Chicago area (I believe you have to be within 100 miles of their store) delivery AND set-up are free. They will hook up and check your equipment and remove the packaging, and have even carried a dead tv down three flights of stairs to the garbage dumpster for us.
By the way, a visit to their north suburban store is well worth the trip, if you happen to be in the area. The fish tank alone is worth the detour.

Girlfriend's roommate needed a tv, so i did the deal hunting for her. Came upon AbtElectronics and saw some good prices. Ordered a 13" and it arrived in a respectable five days or so. nice doing business with them.

Excellent prices, service, products, etc. Highly recommend them. One can shop trhu Ebates and earn a bit more savings, too. I purchased a large microwave from them and received it promptly. I would definitely shop Abt again.
