I don't see how to "Edit" a previous review here so I have to add it this way....

More: 5+ days have passed, my order STILL says "Pending". I found another email address for them and it too is bouncing back "mailbox full"! (Even I have unlimited storage on My Domain email addresses! So just how amateur can these people be???)

It gets even worse; I just realized their SSL certificate is invalid! It expired (get this) 1-21-2008, almost THREE YEARS ago! So they are "harvesting" credit card #'s via an invalid security certificate!

I placed an order with them four days ago (and counting), and the order still shows "Pending", with no other info available. That is, WHEN you can get to their site! For at least that I know of, 4 days (and counting) their homepage has been gone, few of their webpages even work (errors are "system" errors and SQL database errors), and just plain bad links throughout their site. Also all the links in their order confirmation emails don't work!

Furthermore, the email address they give at their website and in their emails, is bouncing back "mailbox full"! What kind of fly-by-night company has an inbox limit!!?!

When you try an email them from their website form, that too doesn't work! Clicking the Submit button results in:

"Need help?

Unable to send email message. Please check your store email settings."

The "BBB" seal image on their webpages is bogus, when clicking it the BBB page says they are not a member.

Now I have customers waiting because I'm still waiting on my order with USBMall to ship. The product I ordered still shows "IN STOCK", but I get the feeling that too is invalid and they are just stalling.

This company seems to have serious problems.

If my order has shipped I will gladly update this review to reflect that.
