I have been using Zirh for two years now. Excellent CS as other poster mentioned and their product is great. Even though some people might find their products to be pricey, but they last for a long time. Great bang for your buck.

The stuff is expensive, but it works wonders. And the customer service is great. I receive a bottle of the CLEAN face wash with a cracked cap. I sent them an email and 2 days later I had a fresh bottle at my door - no questions asked.

Now I just have to wait for some good coupon codes to make another order...

I had two problems with my order. The first being that the shipping address somehow got messed up when I submitted the order. I called them and they fixed it very quickly and accurately. The second problem was not with them, but with FedEx Ground, who they ship through. The package was listed as having been delivered and signed for with my name, however I never received the package. I called Zirh, and a very friendly customer service agent said they'd ship me another box, no problem. I was very pleased with how fast, efficient, and friendly their customer service agents were. I'd definitely do business with them again.
