Ordered a product early April with "fantastic" free shipping option. Received product 3 weeks later and was a slightly different model but unusable because of this. Called (when they still had an 800 number) got an RMA number after 2 calls, an email, and 2 weeks. Shipped product back early May. No credit to my card yet. Called second week of May and was told I would be credited within 5-10 days. Emailed (since they dropped the 800 number) and got an email 15 days ago that I would be credited within 5 days. NO MONEY BACK YET. I dont think they even have the ability to give refunds based on some of the ratings I've read.
Extremely not cool.

OMFG this is the worst online company ever! I ordered an in stock item, which I waited 3 1/2 weeks for and it never shipped. So, I try calling/emailing/faxing these people, no one ever answers phones or responds! I finally get an email response 2 weeks later saying my order was cancelled and my card(which was charged the day of the order) would be refunded in 5-7 days...5 weeks later no credit! I have disputed the charge with my credit card and will hopefully get them to charge it back. NEVER ORDER FROM THESE BLOODSUCKING MONEY HUNGRY NEVER SHIP ANYTHING people. EMSCOMPUTING should not be allowed to sell online ever. Be careful everyone, they are also the same people running TechSavings.com AND ETW.com, known as ETECHWAREHOUSE.COM....BUYER BEWARE, STAY AWAY!!!!

I too was bitten by this flim-flam operation. Same as the others, items I ordered all show hundreds in stock - order cancelled, credit card charged when I placed order. Avoid this place like the plague!

Same experience here, sure sounds like fraud, pure and simple. What else can you call it when hundreds of people get their credit cards charged and then has the orders canceled on a wide variety of products claiming that they aren't in stock when their own inventory shows they are. I'm not ammused and will be sending copies of the order, their inventory status, my credit card statement showing the charge and their cancelation email to the California State Attorney Generals office.

I received the same e-mail as shutrbug (and 100's of others). This mail was received after my cc was charged! IMO, this dump charged 100's of credit cards knowing they weren't going to honor the orders and used the money to help with the business move. Crooks...plain and simple.

This company is a loser, plain and simple. In July 2002, they offered great prices and free shipping on my items like Antec cases. Contrary to their stated policy, they charged our credit cards before shipping. Six days after ordering I received the following cancellation notice:

We have received your recent order; however, we will be unable to ship your product(s) in a timely manner. As a result, we have cancelled your order. In the unlikely event your credit card was charged, a full refund will be posted to your account within 3-5 business days. We sincerely apologize for any inconvienience this may have caused you, and hope we may be able to better serve you in the futue.
