I have shopped with QVC since 1992, and I have spent quite a lot of money with them. Generally, I am pleased with their service and products, but less so now than in the past. Also, I have less money now that I am retired, thus less to spend on "wants" rather than true needs. I would recommend them for shopping. However, it is important to remember what you need and can afford versus what they are pushing -- usually quite well. Also, it helps to compare prices and read reviews of products that have been presented in the past. While some people are never satisfied, if the product gets a low rating from many people, it probably is not going to please you either.

QVC cancelled my acct and won't even tell me why. Csr service says a letter was mailed May 23rd. I still have no letter. I called the Office of the President at QVC corporate twice. They won't even call me back.
Horrible customer service that starts at the top of the organization. QVC was like my second family, boy was I misled.
Be forwarned...QVC is a heartless, cold, greedy, poor service money grabbing company and nothing more once you remove the warm and fuzzy propaganda. I'll be posting this everywhere on the Internet too...

I have shopped with QVC for YEARS now! Not only for myself but also, for family and friends for various occasions: birthdays, Christmas, etc. Never have I been disappointed in their service, quality or products. If for some reason, I did have to return something because of size, no problem! If an item was on waitlist, they are ALWAYS honest about it. So far this year, all of my Christmas shopping has been done on QVC. No reason for me to go to the Mall! Aren't there only two channels on the TV: QVC and HSN!!!

I have been using QVC for years and I have not one been disappointed with anything I have ordered. I buy a lot of cookware and kitchen items. Cooks Essentials is the finest quality cookware I have ever bought. I do about 70% of my Christmas shopping on QVC and they ship and wrap my gifts and I have never had a gift shipped late. Their customer serviced is unmatched in the industry. I think they are great.

I have been shopping with them for a few years and I generally don't have any problems with them. When they sent me the wrong item, I just send it back and I get the shipping reimburse as well. Ordering stuff is a breeze. Never tried ordering electronics though so I can't comment. Jewelry and make-up and household items are great.

QVC is great to shop at. A couple of years ago I problems with my Dell computer, which I bought from QVC. I spent many hours with Dell support as I had problem after problem. I called QVC just wondering if they could help at all and 3 days later I had a brand new computer. All I had to do was return (I didn't pay shipping) the bad computer to Dell. This was after the 30 day return policy also. I will always shop with QVC.

QVC DOES email you to tell you if a waitlisted item is cancelled...... they hold the order for 45 days, which they tell you up front so everyone who claims they didn't know, doesn't read the policy, then they cancel and email you..... QVC is awesome.... the easy pay is the best thing..... the only thing i would change is the shipping, maybe the could do a combo to save on shipping..... the customer service is awesome and the website is cool... you can watch it live and review the last 24 hours worth of items...... the best thing is the 30 day money back no ?'s asked guarantee.... they also carry things that you wouldn't even think of.... just try QVC once... you can always return the item if you are not satisfied

tHE BEST THING THEY HAVE GOING FOR THEM IS THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. i HAVE BEEN SHOPPING WITH THEM FOR ABOUT 15 YRS. AND i HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM RETURNING AN ITEM, GETTING CREDIT FOR AN ITEM, ETC.THEY MAY BE A LITTLE MORE EXPENSIVE, BUT I WOULD RATHER PAY MORE AND KNOW I AM NOT GOING TO HAVE A HASSLE ON MY HANDS IF I RETURN SOMETHING.

Customer service is fantastic, both online and by phone. I had one order not to arrive after shipping. I was credited without any questions. I had one item not to fit, an item that went to the regular price after I bought it. They placed a waitlist order for the different size since it was sold out but charged me the price it was at the time I bought the original item. Shipping is extremely good and packaging is very secure. Any returns because of a change in mind have been credited without any problems or questions.
