I ordered an Asus 1000HE from them. The order showed the status of "packed" for over 2 business days. I emailed them to complain. They replied that the item was back-ordered. Why are they still selling it? Not a happy customer.

I ordered two hard drives last night, and today their price fell by $10. They wouldn't refund me the difference, but did offer me $20 store credit. Not great for me, but I'm not too disappointed either.

I was not impressed at all and won't be buying from them again. I order a simple hard drive with fast shipping. The order goes into "packed" status and sits there for 8 days. I'm told you can't cancel it once it's packed. I sent them a mail but haven't had a reply back in 5 days. I finally give them a call and I'm told the drives didn't arrive until yesterday, so it was never actually packed, it's just a way to get the money and prevent people from canceling. To their credit they did say they would refund the shipping cost and probably ship today, we'll see.

Rebate company did not honor rebate at full value due to mismatched UPC code. Lots of hassle and not worth the time to deal with when Newegg is always priced competitive by a few dollars even with rebates and has awesome customer service

My experience with this company echoes the negatives I've read. They seem as though they don't really care about the customer once they have their money. The 15% restocking fee for returns is totally unacceptable - as though putting this item back in their store is such a labor intensive chore. They do not have free shipping no matter what the amount purchased is. This holiday season I did not pay shipping on any thing purchased from any other site but them. They told me the item had shipped on 12-11 at 7:00 am. It only had to go 45 minutes up the road, and as if this posting on 12-15 it still has not arrived. I let them know I was going to rate them poorly - they didn't care! When I put the item in my shopping cart it was $106 - when I went back 1 day later to purchase it had gone up to $124.99. IF you're willing to pay excessive shipping for expensive merchandise to a company that does not value its customers, this is the company for you!

I could not easily obtain a receipt to send out a rebate. This is unacceptable, and I send out a lot of rebates, so I know what I am talking about.

Be aware of ZipZoomFly's policy: no price adjustment, no price match and 15% re-stocking fee for all returned items. I will never buy from them again.

I had a very good experience with them. Delivery was fast since I live in CA (next day). Bought almost my entire PC from them as I dont want to go throuhgh the hassle of searching each and individual item. Price is very competitive. Yes they might not be the cheapest but overall, its cheap considering they give free shipping.
I had however a small problem with my product. I e-mailed the customer service for an exchange and they did replace my item in about 3 days. I dont know why some of them are complaining but I guess I am a lucky customer. Everything seems to go smoothly.

I had no problem with a price match like other users had. The price of the item I bought fell on the day I bought it, and they credited me the difference. Great site, great prices.

Absolutely horrible service. I received a motherboard DOA, and they wanted to charge a restocking fee for me to return it and purchase a different motherboard. I had to pay expensive return shipping to them, and an excessive amount for overnight shipping to get the motherboard in time.
I also purchased the Thermaltake Mini Big Typhoon Value Pack, which would not fit in any of 3 LGA775 motherboards I tried it on. Through email correspondance, ZipZoomFly wanted to charge me a restocking fee for this, albeit neither Thermaltake nor ZipZoomFly mentions it only works with some motherboards. After replying to them explaining the situation, it has been more than 2 weeks and they are not replying to me.
They used to be good, but I will no longer do business with ZipZoomFly, and I will tell all of my friends to do the same.
