AVOID this company at all costs. Do a web search on SVCOMPUCYCLE and SCliquidators and see for yourself. My experience was a nightmare. The companies customer service policy to end custommer relations is to report customers as spammers to abuse servers. Policy for poor feed back in eBay is to intimidate and file false reports. All original emails from the were insultinng, vulgar and defamming. They are also USTECHSTOREs. WARNING, WARNING, WARNING Will Robinson, unethical business. Look at BBB.

These guys are sociopaths. Order from them at your own peril. If you are ordering small parts, less than $20, then you have a reasonable chance of getting what you ordered. I ordered an $800 part and when it arrived DOA, they replied that they had no way of testing the part before shipping and no way of verifying what I had done to the part after arrival. Where did they develop their customer service skills? Isn't the customer always right? My only interest was getting a part that worked at a fair price. They rely on threats and intimidation to prevent consumers from filing complaints. Check their eBay feedback. For every neutral or negative feedback, count on dozens, and maybe hundreds, more eBayers that wanted to leave neutral or negative feedback, but were afraid of reprisal from this unscrupulous seller. Silicon Valley Compucycle will continue to lie, cheat, and steal because they think they can get away with it. They will tell you that there is another company with the same name giving them a bad reputation. How can another company have the same name, address and contact information? Easy, they are the same company. Do they think all consumers are morons? Yes, they are counting on it, it's part of their business plan.

Done business with SVC multiple times and since i live in San Jose, I can do will call and avoid shipping costs, which frankly aren't all that much. They have very competitive prices on a lot of the modding products, and I've bought cables, CCFLs, PSU cover, and an VGA silencer from them. As for customer service, I've called them multiple times about various products and they've always given me straight answers. Great company.

Several order with SVC executed flawlessly. Great Prices.
Just pray to god you get what you ordered the first time, or your hosed.
Latest order, one item was out of stock (qty 3) so they offered to replace it with another or hold the order until they came in. I asked for replacement, and sent a description and link to the product (3 red fans).
I received 3 orange fans, and when I asked for an RMA to return them, I was told that orange was the same as red, though clearly that was not the case accroding to their own website!!
It took 10 dayse to convince them of this, and they agreed to send what I ordered. This time it was 3 green fans...
It has now been a month since I last heard from them, and they refuse to return my email. All correspondence with them was very cordial and professional.

Ordered a bunch of items. A few days later, I received an email informing me that one item was backordered. They asked if I still wanted the items sans the backordered item. I asked if they would ship the in stock items now and ship the out of stock item when it was in stock at no additional charge. They said they didn't normally do that, but would in this case. I recommend them whole heartedly.

Excellent service -- I was emailed when something was out of stock, and was able to choose a replacement, and the order was shipped out that same day, so excellent service during the order, haven't any post-order experience cuz I haven't had any problems.

Can't beat their prices, I plan on making this a regular shopping site.

I have ordered 3 times from them and every time they shipped quickly on the next day. Received merchandise without any problems in 3-4 days using their USPS first class shipping which is afordable. Will buy again.

No one reply e-mail! You cannot find anyone to answer the phone!

I have bought at this store before with no problem. Last week, I ordered two cases and a few fans. They e-mail me back saying that my shipping address is different than the billing address and tell me to update the shipping address with my credit card and then e-mail them back. I did that the next day and after 4 days of waiting (1 or 2 e-mail to check status) and they never reply my e-mail. Try calling them twice and only received a recording telling me the best way is to contact them by e-mail. Worst Customer Service!

STAY AWAY !!!!! These people are crooks. It took 15 days to get my purchase. They take forever to respond to e-mails and on top of that they sent me a inferior item which is cheaper than the one I ordered. I called to complain and the idiot at the other end of the phone treated me like crap after I asked him what's going on and why one of the power supplies had a broken seal. I am contacting the BBB about these guys.
