To be fair, their customer service is good. But do NOT trust their NO RETURN policy. First time, I ordered a makeup remover stick, but it was broken into half when I received it. So, I called and asked for a refund. They did so without a problem. I was satisfied at that time. Then, I placed my second order of a facial mask. Unfortunately, I am allergy to it. It caused redness all over my face. So, I have to ask for the refund. Now, they required me to return them (where the NO RETURN policy goes??) That's fine. I have no intention to keep it. So, I returned it. After that, all of a sudden, I received an email from them saying "In an effort to protect the viability of this policy, we review customer accounts to locate those with a disproportionate number of credit requests. During this process, your account was identified. We must therefore temporarily suspend our no-returns policy until further notice." I am really angry about this!! I am offended. I can NOT believe it! I feel they don't respect their customers at all! If you really wanna customize some products just for yourself, they might be worth trying. Just keep an eye on their no-return policy. It works ONLY ONCE. Don't take everything for granted!

I ordered from reflect a few years ago, and everything was great. They have since improved.

My experience with them is good. I actually order one "free" personalized body wash from them with no problem. The product is beautiful and they packed it very well. So I think I shall give them a credit.

I guess their customer service is hit or miss. I've ordered from them twice in the past with no problems. The first time (end of last year) I got a facial scrub which didn't have enough scrub and emailed them for a reformulation. It took a while for them to get back to me, but I had a next-day answer as soon as I emailed again.
Since they couldn't add more roughness, they gave refunded the cost of the scrub (full price even though I had used a coupon) + 20%. This was more than enough to cover the price of the shampoo I wanted, and they also emailed me afterwards to make sure I liked the product. The shampoo works very well for me and has a really nice scent.
I personally like the store and their products and would not hesitate to order from them again. The only thing I don't like is that you can't use both GC's and coupon codes on orders, especially since you can't use most codes on gift certificate purchases. And you'd have to pay for shipping costs twice(?), once for the GC purchase, once for the items?

I was extremely indignant about Reflect.com! Here is my story. I didn't received my order a whole month after the shipping comfirmation. I wrote several emails Reflect.com and it would never reply to your emails. Then I called its customer service about this issue. The CSR was quite nice and without asking any questions, promised me to send me another order. But another whole month passed, I still haven't received my order! I think I'd better let my credit card company deny this order. I will never shop this place again! It really sucks!!!
