Bzboyz was bot in late 2006. they seem to be a lot better now with an A rating on BBB. The previous owner was more interested in money that what was fair

Avoid any purchase from this store. They are a complete ripe off. They will take you to the cleaners and back before you know it. I work for a Consumer agency and I had problems with them. So don't even click on their link!!!!!!!!!!!!

Are these the same company?
Whats up with this??

Both seem to have the same problems with customer service and returns!

Delivery was speedy, order was accurate, customer service was terrible, almost non-existent.
Mboard combo was DOA, sent it back costing $10 to me and once it was sent, I received another email, telling me I have 4 options. They each basically said if they test it and find nothing wrong with it, they will charge me and return it all and if I want to I can pay $25 to have them ship immediately without them testing. I figured, they could test it, and tell me it is good even though I'm proof-positive was faulty and then I would be out of money. So i opted with the $25.
I received the 2nd mboard and the IDE Channel 0 was faulty, even though they claim it was 'tested'. So much for their 'testing'. Anyone testing this would have found out that the mboard would not recognize any devices on the Primary IDE channel.
Now they refuse to refund. BBB tried to intervene to no avail. Now I decided to take them to court and make them accountable.
Extremely dissatisfied and a total rip-off.AVOID AT ALL COSTS

BZBoyz - A painful example of Custome NO-Service,
Ordered 2 sticks of memory 256 Meg 333mhz, I checked manufacturers recomendations, and felt safe in ordeing non-certified memory. Got a call from their sales stating I needed certified memory. I balked but gave in to the $35.00 charge. Memory was DOA. At the same time my phones at the shop were down so I had no internet access to get an RMA. I called and was told I had to get this online, end of conversaton. I went to my brothers house and got one. I finally 2 months later sent in the memory. They said I damaged it. I did not but they now had me over a barrel, so then I finally get the replacment memory 4 months after the original purchase, Guess what --- Its 266mhz, Lesson leaned, the little Japanese lady on the other end of the phone runs the business out of her garage...It's not a case of buyer beware it's more like RUN FOREST RUN!

They are crooks!

I purchased a motherboard from this compnay. I got a msg the next day to call them. The next day I got someone that had a terribly hard to understand accent. He offered me a $15 upgrade to retail and 2 year extended warranty and tech service - I told em "I didn't need any of this just the board" he said "wait a minute to see if there is a special discount available". He came back on the phone in 1 second and said "ok $10", I still said "no thanks".

That afternoon I got an email that said my credit card info was bad and they required manual verification. This would 3-5 days and would require a 3 way with the credit card company. Funny, I used this credit card that day and also several days earlier and the info (the number and the CWS number) was accepted.

I am thinking they did this to me cuz I declined their extended warranty offer.

I cancelled this order immediatly!

Avoid this company!!!

They were out of the memory I ordered, they called and I purchased different memory that was $50 more. After a week of waiting I tried to called customer service. I called morning, noon, and night. The customer service phone number just rings. On the third day someone finally picked up but during the course of checking my order they hung up on me. On the 5th day same thing happened again. I finally just let it ring (47 times!) before someone picked it up again. It turns out they were out of the motherboard I selected (dual processor) so my order was placed on hold with no email or phone call. They tried to upgrade me to a comparable motherboard that was $200 more!

In short:
Parts were not in stock even though they claim to be.
A very hard time reaching someone by telephone.
No representatives are minding their online chat.
Also check out their "Platinum Delivery plan", they charge extra for what many companies offer for free.

Plz Avoid these guys
I purchased a MB cpu combo from them
it was no good paid $20 to ship it back
now they want $35 to ship it back to the manufacturer
I guess these guys are RESELLERS they probably dont stock
much if anything so they dont want to replace a bad item
Ive had a bad product from another company {econopc}
and after they checked it out they replaced it
no charge no problem
Im not new to building pcs I know when I have a bad part
So I say
the only thing they are busy at is taking your money

This store made me wait 3 full days to get confirmation on my order. Then, after the 3 days, they cancelled my order because the 1 Ghz Duron CPU I ordered was out of stock. And what bothered me even more is that they didn't take the CPU off their website....for the next 2 weeks, and still as I write this review, the 1 Ghz Duron is on their website but out of stock. A little crappy I think.
