DO NOT, REPEAT, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SHADY COMPANY. Unfortunately, I never checked this website out and I am paying the consequences. I like another person who posted, bought an ATI 9800 SE. Unfortunately, the fan failed and resulted in melting the anchor pins, thus detaching the heat sink and fan from the GPU. Once I began to investigate where to send the card for servicing or replacement I found out that my card is NOT actually an ATI card. For those of you who may not know this, ATI distinguishes between BUILT BY ATI (built and warranted by ATI) and POWERED BY ATI (reference card is sold to a partner company to be altered and sold by that partner company and warranted by them) cards. DVCentury claims that this is an ATI card and should be warranted by ATI. ATI tells me that this is a POWERED BY ATI card but have been less than helpful themselves in helping me to identify whose warranty covers my card. My invoice states that it is an ATI card when it is not, their website when I bought it listed it as and ATI card when it was not. Now I cannot find out who actually warranties the card since DVCentury refuses to determine who actually is responsible for my faulty card. SO not only did they lie about the card, falsely advertising it as an ATI card and now giving me the runaround by saying the card has been discontinued and that they cannot find their records to determine who the actual manufacturer is so that I might get my card replaced. Pathetic service, slimey advertising and no care for their customer's experience with their company should make anyone steer way clear of these slimeballs.

Iím unsatisfied with DVCENTURY service and its products. What was received to me in the mail isnít what I ordered. The stickers on the memory say PC133 SDRAM 256MB. They donít register to 256MB; it registers at 128MB each verified from 5 different computers and 2 different memory testers. Iíll make my future purchase else where and Iíll make sure nobody I know makes purchases from dvcentury.com. I see this as a business scam to keep the 15% re-stocking fee to show on your quarterly earnings. I wished I would have seen and read all the negative reviews dvcentury before I made my purchases.

THESE GUYS ARE TRYING TO ROB ME!!!!! I made an order back in December, then cancelled it after finding out it was backordered. Then a few weeks ago, my credit card was billed, and I got nothing!!! These guys said "We have no record of your name, adress, email, etc. You have no prove of order" HOW ABOUT MY CREDIT CARD A-HOLE! Actually, the company name was Rich Pacific Inc. but a DNS whois lookup gave me the info that they are the same company. I called BBB and police, and my credit card claims dept. Hopefully these sheisters will be put out of business.

NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE GUYS! I wish I had read all these reviews before I decide on purchasing anything from them. Advertised a Radeon 9800 video card and after I ordered, my invoice said it was a 9800 SE and not he regular version. I requested RMA, and sent item back before 30 days, STILL NO REFUND 3 months later. NEVER AGAIN. DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID!

Find out crazy memory deal on internet ($11.00 for 128MB SDRAM). Placed order in the morning by Express shipping, Fedex delivery the package on the next day afternoon. (Kind kidding me, extreme fast Shipping!) But the memory is not work in my system. Contacted customer service, and fill out the online exchange request, got reply in the next day, then i find out the memory is not compatible with my motherboard. RMA tech people is kind helpful, he help me find out the correct memory for my system-"$50 dollar cheaper than order from Dell". Return the parts and get the replacment back less in 10days.

Thank you DVCENTURY.COM, GOOD WORK

Would not recommend them. Wish I had read these reviews. The prices were competive but service/speed is bad. I simply ordered a $10 USB 2.0 card and i got an email the next day saying it shipped. A week later and I did not have it although they are only a few hours away. Finally, 13 days later I got it. They charged $5 for shipping but it only costed $1.50 to ship it. I complained to customer service and only got snide comments back.

Do not use DV Century.

ordered memory via webstie. they charge +$ to have the memory tested before shipping. 4 days elapsed before i received an order confirmation. took 4 more days to receive the item. the memory was bad (should've had it tested--whatever! testing should be obligatory). i requested an rma almost 2 days ago in order to return the item within their 7-day restriction--still no confirmation of rma request. they charge 15% restock fee and i must pay shipping and handling fees for the return.

Made an order on 8/21. They ship them out on 8/27 eventhough their website says within 24-48 hours.

They have some low price stuffs but with the delay, that product might depreciate by that time. Not recommended unless you like waiting.
