After 5 business days of waiting, I have heard nothing from them. No answer to email questions. Very poor customer service and decided to dispute the purchase with CC company.

Multiple items broken in a recent order. Notified customer service, who agreed to replace the items. After 4 weeks, no replacement. Emailed customer service, who stated all replacement items were broken, so they'd just refund my cc. After two more weeks, no refund!!

Had an item broken, they sent me a new one without sending back the broken item. no hassles

I ordered 4 photo albums from them and only received 2. I have sent three emails and I don't get responses. I have disputed this with my credit card company and I wouldn't recommend ordering from them!

I ordered from this company January 4th and my order arrived missing an item that I had been charged for. I've sent 5 e-mails to their customer service department and have not had a reply. I will not order from them again.

I have ordered 3 times from this company, one recent one tonight so I dunno how that will go, but the first 2 orders were fantastic. They came in a timely manner, could have been quicker, and I recieved what I ordered, except I order like 200 hats and they didn't have 4 or so and credited me for them. I really like this merchant.

I ordered three pair of sunglasses and they showed up about 10 days later as they promised. I forgot that I had ordered them. I wouldn't worry about them. you can always dispute it with your CC.

I tried to purchase from Graveyard mall over a month ago. The credit card was debited, but no e-mail confirmation came. Two weeks later I got a reminder from Yahoo to rate them and have been chasing the order since. Their e-mail replies appear to be automated. They just keep resending the same order details with NOT SHIPPED in red.

I would stay away from these people. They take your money and you get nothing.
