AutoCheck.com did not report one accident on the car I bought. Carfax did show that accident. I learned it after I bought the car. AutoCheck customer service never care to respond to my online compliant, they do not provide a phone number where I can call. Please do not waste your money with AutoCheck.com, as they have a terrible product and customer service.

I am not sure why this company has high marks. My g/f used this service and I purchased the popular one, Carfax. Carfax showed a lot more detailed information vs AutoCheck. AutoCheck didn't even show all the registration each time it changed hands with mileage or when it was registered. Some accidents didn't appear on the AutoCheck also if it had one. Carfax showed when the cars was even brought in for service if the service center recorded that information where as AutoCheck didn't.

Go with Carfax if you're serious for looking for a used car and need another tool in helping in your decision to buy it.
