ABSOLUTELY AVOID THIS ON-LINE STORE. THE ONLY WAY TO CONTACT IS THROUGH EMAIL OR FAX WHICH THEY RARELY RESPOND TO. IN OUR TEST WE HAVE YET TO RECEIVE OUR PRODUCTS.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. AGAIN, THEIR PRICES ARE NOT THAT GREAT TO DEAL WITH THE LIKELYHOOD OF NOT GETTING YOUR PRODUCT.

I ordered ended life replacement batteries for a Motorola phone. No e-mail order confirmation. No e-mail notification of shipment. Three weeks after credit card was charged, nothing. No reply to e-mail. Telephone number on credit card authorization not in service. Telephone Number for Zencentric not in service. Only address provided turns out to be a drop box at a UPS store. They will give out no information. Stay away.

I have had nothing but exceptional service from FactoryDirectCellular; their products match their description, they ship as they promise, they have items not available anywhere else and their prices are terrific. I have no idea where all these negative comments come from...and, no, I am not an owner.

DO NOT, under any circumstances, even considering ordering from this online vendor. I ordered a cell phone battery three weeks ago and still have not received it, despite the fact that my credit card was charged the day I ordered the battery. When I complained (and good luck figuring out how to contact them!), I received an email that the battery had been shipped. That was a lie. I have been forced to file a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. There are plenty of other places to get cell phone products; I suggest you use them instead of Factory Cellular.

I ordered a Lithium Ion battery for my LG VX3200. It appeared I was getting a great deal, much cheaper than buying straight from a Verizon Wireless store (which I figured would be a rip-off), plus an upgrade in mAh.
Paying $5.95 for regular postal mail was somewhat inconvenient, but the real problem was that it wouldn't charge with my charger. Although I was able to get a partial cycle out of the battery, it soon died, and I even had trouble getting it out of the cellphone.
I e-mailed customer support, which feels like is run out of a garage somewhere, and they did soon send me a replacement. However, after waiting another week (without the use of a cellphone!), the replacement had the same problem, as I figured.
This place either sells defective batteries, or they provide incorrect information on their website about what batteries go with which cellphones.
Hopefully, I will be able to get a full refund.
Avoid this company!!

I too wish I came here first, lesson learned.
"FactoryDirectCellular.com / ZenCentric, LLC. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item."
What a croc, what a crook!
I'll be talking to my credit company in the morning!!!

I wish I came to this website before buying $25 worth of stuff from Factorydirectcellular.com. First they send me a battery and a travel charger when I asked for a car charger and travel charger, and the charger that they gave me does not work either like they said it would. Then they keep sending the same standard e-mails if I try to contact them.
I was planning to return the product hoping that they would credit back my credit card but I will take the loss rather than pay them more shipping charges. I do not understand why I should pay my own shipping charges if I return a defective product and be charged a 20% re-stocking fee on top of that. The ones that have not had problems, consider yourself extremely lucky.
