These guys have possibly the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I ordered a camera on a Tuesday. Buy the following Monday it still hadn't shipped. I called to cancel after deciding to go with Amazon instead. When calling the line to cancel the guy was extremely rude. Incredible. By the way, these guys are also known as us1photo. Not worth the savings they offer!

SCAM ARTISTS!! These people are HORRIBLE!!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!! Order 42" Sony plasma online. Have to call to confirm order which is normal on a high end appliance. Then they'll barrage you with warranty options. when I refused stating that my visa offers double warranty at no cost, they'll stop selling and confirm your order with a $800 shipping insurance charge. When I questioned it, they said order has been confirmed and charged minus shipping insurance. When I asked to cancel the order, they said "no problem - your cancellation fee is $700 and will be charged to your visa". It gets better... if you don't accept the cancellation fee, they say that you're playing games and that the credit card companies will back them up on it. Look up US1Digital, US1Camera, World Trade Digital and PCandPlasma.com They are all the same company. Pay attention to the reviews of "low ball prices and strong arm sales tactics". The cancellation charge is a new one that I haven't read about anywhere else yet. Maybe I'm the first one to be hit with it?

I have ordered a digital camera & DVD recorder online and have never had such a terrible experience before. In addition to delaying my order until I called, they tried the hard sell (mentioned by many others). After I refused, they delayed my order again by saying that my credit card had been declined - which is impossible. I have cancelled my order and am leary of ordering online again. Meanwhile, we have missed recording 2 months of our new baby. What a disappointment!

Purchased camera with next day shipping. it didn't arrive. comp claims they called my house and it was cancelled. we never received a call. then they told me it would be shipped and arrive the day after thansksgiving. it didn't arrive till following tues.
complained, they gave me store credit redeemable by ordering on line and then calling in. i called in after ordering and was told i had called "too early"; called again, i was told that customer service was closed, and to call ext 221. called ext and was hung up on 2x. then finally told that once a customer is charged, they can't recredit account! They offered to send more tapes.
dealing with this comp. has been nothing but headaches. will not work with them again

Just got a Sony camera from them. It came on the day promised in a factory sealed box with the registration card and all that good stuff. And it was the lowest price around.
They do the address verification routine where they sell you accessories but since I was upgrading from the 2 MB to a 5 MB, I didn't need them and they didn't hassle me.
They do ask you to write a good review of them if you think their services were warrented so here it is.

To get the best price, go to the web site to shop. The prices on the big items are great (camera). Prices on the accessories are high. Once you get a shopping cart, call the store (toll free). Prices on the accessories will drop like a rock (even shipping is negotiable). They will wheel and deal over the phone. We bought a Nikon 5700 and a bunch of accessories. Everything arrived factory sealed and as advertised. I will order from them again. Total savings was over $700. from local retailer prices.
