Ordered on a Monday; order was shipped that Wednesday. Customer service is quick to respond to e-mails, but the online order status system is useless as it never updates with a tracking number when shipped. With that said, my order arrived quickly and was accurate. FYI: Music123.com, GuitarCenter.com and MusiciansFriend.com are owned by the same company and share the same warehouse and base prices. I found that Music123 promos and sales were less restrictive than Musician's Friend and split my order between the companies accordingly.

I ordered online but immediately called to see if I can switch my order to another product. I was told it was too late to cancel the current order. The lady raised her voice like I was an idiot just for asking. It took them 5 days afterwards to actually ship it. Not a good experience so far.

I've made many purchased from Music 123 in the past, and overall have been very pleased. Shipping is as quick as anyone could expect, prices are very competitive (never had to do a price-match for the best price) - plus they do offer some killer deals on B stock and open box items. Overall they come highly recommended by me.
