AutoAccessory.com debited my credit card in Sept 2002, I never received the product and they refuse to credit my money back. I called them four times and got the run around and excuses every time.

They have now disconnected their telephones and don't answer emails unless you need help with an order.

Order processing is slow, but package 1 of two actually arrived before customer service thought it left. Order tracking virtually nill. I used a coupon and although the order screen showed the correct total, amount charged to CC did not have the coupon amount deducted. I called CS 5/31/02 and was told that the coupon amount would be credited back to my card. On 6/10/02 when the credit still hadn't posted I called again and was told that the credit was issued on 5/31/02 (same person on CS, I think there is only one) As of today 6/18/02 the credit has still not been posted to my account.
