contact their customer service by email for two times, no one respond the email at all. I stopped buying anything from this merchandise. stay away!!!!

order a 1394 car for laptop. Always conflict with windows system although I tried two laptops. I returned it and was charged 30% restocking fee plus shipping fee, only because they said it has no problem.

i've bought 5 usb enclosures on 3 separate occasions. THe first two occassions the enclosures were fine, but the last one i had an enclosure DOA. it's kind of frustrating to be sent a defective product and be forced to pay for shipping it back. will update when this all plays out.

Was thinking about buying an enclosure and wasn't sure of the chipset used so I emailed them and received an answer very quickly. Enclosure arrived in good condition and works great with my Maxtor drive. Will buy from them again

Everything was fine the first time I ordered from them. But the second time my luck wasn't very good. I ordered a new case but they shipped me a used one with bent cables, damaged box and full of oily fingerprints. When asked for replacement, they ignored me and pretty much gave me the middle finger.

This is THE WORST company I have ever dealt with for online purchases! All the negative reviews are absolutely correct. Their prices are attractive, but they will ship you damaged items. The customer service are poor. I would not buy anything from this company again.

I bought two USB external Enclosures from this company. But both of them were damaged because of the poor packing. I don't think Fedex should be blamed for the damages. I wrote an email to them to get a replacement. But they made it so complicated that I have to do a lots of things before I can get a response, like providing the pictures of the origional shipping box and the pictures of each enclosure's damaged area (does it sound like a car accident?); writing a statement for the damage; contacting the shipping carrier for a shipping damaged inspection. I think I also need to pay the return shipping. I don't think these are customer's responsibility. Anyway, I would like to suggest you to stay away from this company.

I've ordered 10 usb only plumax cases from them (in multiple orders), got here fairly quickly. All have worked fine.

The only downside I have with them is that their shipping is a tad bit high and they don't report FatCash like they should. (i've had to manually do it for all 5 orders)

I would not purchase anything from this company and I would suggest you to stay away from this company because the product and customer service are unacceptable.

I purchased two USB external Enclosures for my hard drives from this web site. When I received the products, one of them was damaged, and didn't work at all. I called the customer service, and was kept on hold for a long time. So I wrote an email to them asked how I can get a replacement for the damage product. They responded me three days after my message. They asked me to ship the product back with my own charge. I emailed them again asking even if the product is a defect. This is the exact reply I got: "The return shipping is the customer's responsibility as listed on the Terms and Conditions which you have checked to have read and agreed to when placing the order." The customers have to pay for the shipping twice even the products don't work. Also can you imagine, if they send me another defect product, I have to ship it back again on my own charge. They would never take care of it.

I asked them to give me the phone number for me to contact the customer service on Jan. 31st, and until now (more than one month), I haven't heard anything back from them. Although I did receive the exchanged product which works properly (finally). This is the worst customer service I have experienced so far.

Just bought 3 5.25" usb 2.0 external chasis and found one of them (plumax) is bad. Sent email to ram@Dealsonic.com but no response in 2 days. Tried to call Dealsonic but no operator answer the phone. Even voice message box is full. I tried the Dealsonic phone numbers for 3.5 hours and still no live person answers my phone.

I have a friend who bought plumax usb and firewire combo chasis from Dealsonic and found out the usb 2.0 interface is bad. He got the chasis exchanged. But the newly received unit still has bad usb 2.0 interface.

This proves several things from Dealsonic:
- Dealsonic does not test unit before ships back to customer.
- Service is very bad (no reply mail, no operator answer the phone,
and no voice message box)
