We bought a Brand New printer & rec'd REMANF'D not labeled on outside of box as remanufactured one dated Dec 01 with a remanufactured label on back of
printer & also missing 1 cartridge. They argued with us & said it was new. InternetIShop finally said to send everything back (After finishing a time
sensitive print job that we bought this printer for in the first place) & they would send out BRAND NEW one with NEW everything. They made US pay to return
it when it was their fault (We did this with the understanding they would be sending a complete brand new printer in new box). This is Fraud in my opinion
sending remanufactured in place of new & they should have taken care of it & pd for return ship. He said to take the print heads/cartridges out & package it
they way it came (we had set it up before noticing the sticker on the back). We get the SAME box/opened print heads/cartridges & an OLDER printer dated Sep
01. They refuse to take care of this without us being out more money sending stuff back again.
They refuse to send us a Brand New one & hung up on me after arguing (No Yelling at all). We only wanted what we bought-NEW & even done what they asked us
to do in the first place to send it back & also paid to return it when they should have.

The InternetIshop.com a online business dealing in PC hardware advertised a new shipment of GeForce-FX5200Ultra video cards. One hundred only available, regularly $219, on sale for $125.
Having done my research, I felt this was a very good deal so I placed a order with the company for one of the above video cards, product # VG-NV-8XFX5200. The description on my receipt lists this item# and the following description 4x/8XAGP-GeForce FX5200 Ultra 128 MB. I recieved the card and installed it in my PC thinking it was an Ultra not the regular FX5200, which is much cheaper.
A few weeks later I see an similiar ad on InternetIshop's website listing the FX5200 not the Ultra for $79. What do you know, exactly the same product ID # as the one they sent me as an Ultra. I contacted the company, they forwarded my complaint to their Tech. Dept and I get back an email stating, they made a huge mistake. It is my belief that all 100 customers probably got the cheaper version but paid for the more expensive Ultra.
All I ask for was the difference in price between $125 and $79 that the card I got was actually selling for. A difference of $46. They sent me back an email offering $35 as a refund. I called the company direct and ask to speak to a supervisor, his name was "David", Who's first response on hearing my complaint was "so" as if who cares. He was absolutely combative and uncaring at all concerning my complaint. 100% Absolutely the worst customer service supervisor I have ever spoken to.
The company did send me an email offering a refund on the card if I removed it from my PC, packaged it up ,mailed it back ( I guess at my expense since no mention was made of it in the email) and I was subject to a 15% restocking charge.
This is a company that says they have 15 years of excellent customer service. It sounds to me like a company that may have deceptive and illegal practises.
PS. I sent an email to the company's administration link on their website about my complaint, they never replied back.

I had one of my better buying experiences with this company. The computer I ordered was delivered before the expected date, with everything working. Software, including Windows XP, and not a recovery disk, and documentation were all included. Since I've had the computer, about 6 months, one cooling fan quit working properly. I called them and had the replacement fan within a week. This company has been very easy to work with from purchasing to customer service. I'd be very comfortable dealing with them again.

This is a terrible company to work with. I ordered a computer case from them solely because of some extra things they were throwing in with the case (IDE cables and a neon light). Well, when they realized they were out of the IDE cables, they changed my order to a case that did not include the cables. They did not contact me or anything about the change. When I received the case and called them up to get things corrected, they refused to let me speak with a manager (I was told three different times that a manager would call me back the same day without ever receiving a call). Finally after over an hour spent on the phone with the company, I was able to get a call tag to return the case. That was two weeks ago and I have yet to get my refund. These guys are just terrible to work with and not willing to fix their mistakes for a customer. Stay away from them!
