Ordered a book from them, paid for express shipping for Christmas, they sent it to my billing address instead of my shipping address. They asked me to fax them my original order confirmation and now it's been 5 days and I haven't heard back. In addition, their website is always broken and full of errors.

If you have problems placing an order, try abreviating your address. My street address is somewhat long and I guessed that maybe the purchases were failing because the website loses part of the address... with the abreviated address it worked.

Third order this year. All worked fine. Books are shipped media mail or something so it's slow, but hey it's free. Will keep buying more. Using one coupon pays for the book for me.

Site makes it impossible to purchase. I've tried multiple credit cards and consistently get the error below:
"Please review errors highlighted below in red

Sorry, we were unable to process your credit card. Please check the information and try again.

My guess? they decided that they don't want to honor the fatwallet $7 / book Cash Back so they found a way to block sales that are click throughs from Fatwallet...

Called to see if they would extend me the $10 discount per book (I ordered them when it was just $7 off per book, but the discount increased within a week). Initially they did not want to, but when I asked for a supervisor they credited me $9 ($3 x 3 books). I haven't seen the books yet and it's been a couple weeks, but from what I've read here I'll just try to get them to overnight new ones if it gets down to it.

I also had a problem with the shipping on my book. It never came and I had to call customer service to overnighted me another book.
