I ordered gift for Mother's Day on May 8th... My mom still didn't receive it. Apperently it was shipped only on May 16th.. Still she didn't get it. When I called customer service they told me it was shipped to me! and not my mom???!!! I e-mailed them with the copy of my confirmation e-mail and they replied that it was shipped to correct address..???? So.. how is it possible that the customer service has different information that the support over the internet. Also... they said that they don't have manager availble, when I wanted to speak with one... If you just want to speak with someone with the french accent and to be waiting for your order forever - you can order from this store. I doubt that I will order from them again... at least for any occasion.

Their products are pretty good and their prices are great when the have a half off sale. The Cash Back came through.
Shipping takes 3+ weeks if you can stand to wait for that. The back end on their website is pretty bad; you have to call customer service in order to get your order status. Honestly, why should I have to pick up the phone to call them when an auto tracking number will do? You also have to deal with the junk mail

worst experince ever, after a month my order is not shipped yet, my CC is not charged but they dont let me to cancel my order and they werent able to provide me a shipping date....

this is my first order from YR, and definitely LAST time. (1) they overcharged my credit card, twice as much as it should be. (2) i order 8 items and they send 6. i email them with the order confirmation, they refund and did not mention about the missing items. Email them again, they said i order 6. i send the same email 3rd time, (it is clearly state 8 items in my order confirmation). and they did not reply till now. The WORST company and customer service !!! STAY AWAY !!!

Shopping at Yves Rocher should be a pleasant experience if you follow these three instructions: (1) Always order by mail, and avoid the website like the plague. (2) Always pay with a check, never with a credit card (which they will overcharge). (3) If you think you may want to give Yves Rocher products as Christmas presents, order them no later than July.

I have been ordering from YR for about a year now. The products are great (I have very sebsitive skin and their products are the best I have used). I have never had an issue with them. All orders arrive in a timely fashion. I highly recommend this store.

I've been ordering from YR for years. The internet store has become much better, product selection is great, one cannot beat useful free presents that they give and free shipping often seals the deal! I'm very happy with this retailer and after more than 10 orders I keep coming back I've also called customer service a few times about the order, they were always able to help. Plus, now I've discovered Cash Back for them too!

I have ordered from YR a few times-after giving them the benefit of the doubt with all their mistakes,I have given up.Customer service is awful and rarely are correction made.This is certainly one company to stay away from,regardless of how attractive their promotions appear.

I had the same problem with angel06.This is the worst website and customer service I ever met!They gave me my customer number by email, but when I call them, they say that they think it's not me!!!!I called several times, they I get my order infomation and changed to another number. For my second order, one says that she cannot find and ask me to replace the order. Actually she asked me not to order online!!!They have many problems with their website. Another one says that she can find my order, it is on the way to my home. But still, she cannot see the tracking number. It so bad experience!!!I never never never never never place any order from them.

I placed two orders in Sep. Now it's been for two months and I haven't received anything. I contacted the customer service multiple times. Apparently they didn't know what happened. They just said there might be a delay in their supplier and they couldn't give a delivery date. Then when I asked for a refund, they simply didn't reply me. I'll just keep on trying until I get my money back.
This is the worst customer service I've met. However they charge your credit card pretty fast. Be careful!!!
