I ordered a small dehumidifier described as a "Clean Home Essentials" brand. I received an Eva-Dry dehumidifier I had seen on several other sites for much less. The photo had even been altered to conceal the Eva-Dry label on the product. Because my return would have been subject to a 15% restocking fee, I decided to keep it. When it stopped working within 90 days of purchase, Allergy Buyers Club would do nothing.

I ordered 2 pillows for close to $200 and got free shipping. But when they arrived, they weren't at all what I expected. I had to email them to set up the return process. They also charged me $25 shipping and handling for returning the merchandise, plus I had to pay for return shipping. This is excessive, and wasn't made clear on their website. If you order from this website, be sure you don't want to make a return.

They sent my gf two air purifiers when she ordered one. This wasn't a big deal because we just shipped it back. The bad thing was that they took their sweet time crediting back my gf's $500 charge for the extra air purifier that we didnt order. Also, they were very unapologetic for the inconvenience and had to be harrased to get the credit back.
