Inkjetvilla has some of the best customer service I've found out of all the internet stores I've ever done business with. They called me the day after my order was placed to verify that I did place the order because my billing address didn't match up. From there, I got an email telling me when my order was shipped and the free cleanie critter was very cute and a nice gift for my large order. Will be telling all my friends about inkjetvilla!

Prices and selection of cartridges are some of the best on the web, but the purchasing experience proved to be miserable. Two of the cartridges I ordered were out of stock. I called several times before they finally told me that, in fact, they didn't tell me until a new order of cartridges came in. Then they promised to ship them to me 2nd day delivery, as it had been 2 1/2 weeks since I ordered. The cartridges finally came a week later, making it a total of 3 1/2 weeks between the time or order and the time I recieved the cartridges. I should also tell you that they bill your credit card the day you order, not the day the order is shipped.
