I've ordered from this store a few times. Recently an item I purchased awhile back came apart while in use. I called the 24/7 customer service line too inquire about parts availability. The csr didn't know the answer to my question but said she'd call back. She did and sent the part I needed at no charge. Mind you, I really wasn't expecting this as I've had this piece of garden equipment for well over two years. Then I got an email with shipping details of the free part. Pretty impressive follow-up and customer service.
