WARNING! Also known as NEW CONNECTION...but same scams...

after a week, they told me that it was an "international" model...that means "Japanese" on all LCD displays. I can pay $50 more for the US version. I cancelled and he told me that the $50 charge for cancelling was on my card. LIES! All LIES!!!

Believe everything that everyone here writes and do NOT buy from these criminals.

These guys a re hardcore scammers saty away at all costs.
I bought a camera onlin ean dgot the you must call to confirm email

So i call and TONS of upselling BS like it does not come with a battery. it is a european model
ETC

So i canceled my CC right away before thay could charge it !!!!!

I'm so embarassed I even tried - Now I have to go through the entire credit card dispute process. The company is obviously a total fraud. My camera came totally used, missing components, complete with an unideintified substance on the user manual. The allegedly factory sealed box tape was hanging loose. Items had scotch gift tape on them. When I complained, they claimed Fuji sent it that way and I would have to take it up with Fuji. Complete, utter criminals.

Do NOT buy fron this company. I ended up cancelling my credit card because of them. Check the BBB and see ALL of the other companies this guy operates. I never recieved my camera. THEY ARE CROOKS. Over 400 complaints in the BBB.

I beg people to believe all the negative reviews you hear about this company. They will harass you until you upgrade your purchase, mischarge your card and hangup on you if you call to straighten it out. Calling these people crooks is being kind.

Also want to add, this company does business under many different names. I would play it safe and not do business with ANY online electronics company out of New York. Unless of course, they have good reviews that are authentic.

Do not believe any positive review about this company, everything negative is true. My ordeal is much the same as everyone else:
*Ordered Canon Rebel xti "essential Package"
*THEN read online reviews and started to sweat
*Got email asking me to call and "confirm"
*Called and they tried to sell me everything under the sun, told me the warranty was extra, told me it had a 15 minute battery, etc.
*Turned them down, but did agree to the "upgraded" warranty to pacify the salesguy and make him feel like he had done something
*Was told it would ship immediately
*Got 3 more emails asking me to call and confirm, so I called "Sam" back each time, and each time he acted like we had never spoken and tried, again, to sell me all his crap
*after a week had gone by, called to see if camera had shipped. Was told it would be in "in 3 weeks"!!?!?? I asked him what happened to shipping immediately. I was told the camera I had ordered was junk anyway, but "we have such and such camera package for only $200 more!"
*Then cancelled my order after a few minutes of argument
*Ordered my camera from CircuitCity.com, then picked it up at the local store
When I got home with my new camera, I had an email from fotoconnection waiting. It stated that they were sorry for the confusion and my order would be shipped as soon as it came in. I sent them one back stating that the order had already been cancelled and my credit card company was made aware so they better not try to charge me. After a few back and forth ugly emails, I threatened them with my lawyer and they sent me one final note that said "order cancelled, sorry for the inconvenience".

So...don't take a chance on these crooks. And ALWAYS, ALWAYS read reviews before you place an order.

We were lucky in that we did recieve the camcorder we purchased. The accessories however, were not the quality advertised. They where worth a fraction of what was advertised. When I called to resolve the quality issue they hung up on me. Be very very careful or stay away. They are crooks.

I purchase a $4300 camcorder, I choose them becuase I do not like paying high prices, but they took mad long to issue me a tracking number, then when I got the tracking # it came the same day, its was good execution, but in my order they forgot to include the battery, and charger, then when I called I customer service reps is yelling at saying that the weight is the same as the UPS weight, I told the rep that those 2 items dont weigh anything then, he continue to beat me on the head over weight that I told him why would I want to hustle you for a battery, I would of said I got nothing, a week has past, still waiting for the battery and charger. Buyer take caution.

They outright lie to the customers.
Warranties are not as advertised - beware.
Stay clear of this place.
