I order from these guys regularly. If i have a complaint about soemthing they have responded quickly and appropriately. For example: A tent tore and I complained. They reversed the charge and I mailed it back to them pre-paid label. I didn't try the return until I had the tent for 4 months and they still took it.
I bought some shoes and complained they didn't look like I thought they did on the website. They refunded the money and told me to keep the shoes.
I always get good resolutions on problems, when they occur.
They are super cheap if you focus on their extreme deals of the day stuff.

My parents ordered through them - they cancelled order and kept the $10.96 check even though they promised to send months ago...I don't recommend this store.

I have bought many items from Bargain Outfitters and had been very pleased until the fiasco with the $10 coupon deal...They cancelled my order, never informed me it was cancelled and said it would takeup to 2 billing periods before I get a credit back to my CC.

CROOKS! Cancelled my order - no notification AND charged my credit card $5.99!! Everytime I contact them they claim they have credited it back. TWO weeks later, still no credit. CROOKS! CROOKS! CROOKS!
