Poor customer service. If you are buying online and there is a rebate, you have factor in that you are probably not going to get the rebate.

T-Mobile gave me bad quality phone service. I stayed with them for over a year. When I cancelled, they stole money from me through their billing process. So far I got to waste 1 hour between 3 different phone calls trying to get my money back. they currently are promising to send me a check soon.
