THEY'RE EXCELLENT WITH THEIR RESPONSES WHEN U INQUIRE ON HOW TO PURCHASE FROM THEM BUT FROM MY EXPERIENCED, AFTER MAKING AN ORDER AND PAYING FOR THEM, CUSTOMER SERVICE JUST SUCKED BIG TIME.
I EMAILED THEM LOADS OF TIMES REQUESTING FOR MY ORDER'S UPDATE BUT NEVER GOT ANY RESPONSE. I USED THE CHAT AGENT'S HELP AND WAS TOLD SARCASTICALLY THAT IT'S ONLY FOR PURCHASING QUERRIES AND NOT FOR ORDER UPDATES. BUT YEAH THEY ENTERTAINED ME ANYWAY, BUT ONLY TO GIVE ME EMPTY PROMISES THAT MY ORDER'S GONNA BE SHIPPED AT SUCH TIME WHICH THEY NEVER DID. I BOMBARDED THEM WITH REQUESTS FOR ORDER UPDATE AS THEY NEVER GAVE ME ANYTHING BUT LIES (SUCH THAT THEY'RE WORKING ON MY ORDER EVENTHOUGH THEY'RE NOT AND THAT MY ADDITIONAL ORDER WOULD BE PROCESSED WHICH THEY NEVER DID). WHEN I FINALLY GOT SO FED UP WITH THEM, I REQUESTED FOR A REFUND BUT THEY REFUSED TO GIVE IT TO ME SO I TOLD THEM I'D HAVE TO COMPLAIN TO PAYPAL AND WHEN I DID, STRAIGHTAWAY, A REFUND WAS ISSUED TO ME FINALLY ON 15/04/04.
TODAY, 23/04/05 I TRIED LOGGING IN TO JEWELRYSPRITE.COM AND IT KEPT ON SAYING PASSWORD WRONG. SO I REQUESTED FOR MY PASSWORD AND WHEN IT WAS SENT TO ME, IT WAS CHANGED TO "BANNEDFORLIFE" AND IN MY ORDER HISTORY IT SAID "BAD ORDER".
JEWELRYSPRITE., BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE IS APPALING. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS AND THEY DONT DESERVE TO HAVE CUSTOMERS AT ALL. THEY'RE ONLY CONCERNED ABOUT MAKING PROFIT AND NOT HELPING SMALL CUSTOMERS LIKE ME.
THEY'RE VERY QUICK IN GRABBING MONEY FROM ME AND YET THEY WERE NEVER WORTHY OF WOT I PAID THEM FOR.
