I had to email 'Customer Service' at least 4 times to tell them which item I needed to return and the RMA I finally received was for the wrong item. The item arrived with the cover broken and the wiring job inside looks like a two year old soldered it.

I've given up on the RMA and don't even try to ask them what their price guarantees are...they won't reply. I ordered an item only to see it priced 1/2 of what I paid a day or two later, but they refuse to even answer whether they make adjustments.

I'm not impressed with this company. There are other choices such as Radio Shack and Smart Home you can order from, and I know Radio Shack has better customer support/service. You can read about others experiences with x10 customer support on their own website forum.

Same as everyone else. They will not credit the $15 voucher they gave me to use. They lie about saying it will be credited in 3 days...and no one will ever call you back.

I wouldn't ever buy from a company responsible for the highest number of pop-ups in the history of the internet.

Merchant changed total amount between order confirmation screen and final invoice.

Voucher that claimed could be used "same as cash, on any item" contradicted by shopping cart and customer service emails.
