All went well until the wrong gumballs were received. I emailed and offered to return the ones I recieved in exchange for the correct ones. NO, keep those and we will send the ones you ordered. OK, the ones I wanted never were shipped. And ultimately, on January 13, 2003, I received a full refund. But, I really only wanted the gumballs I ordered for the holidays. It was a mistake, but they wouldn't ship the ones I really wanted ultimately. weird.
