poor customer service--could not get info on shipping status, wrong item received, minimal success getting it resolved; they have lost any business from me.

The shipping takes 2 weeks and NO MATTER WHY you want to return the item, they charge 15% restocking fee. It sucks.

Generally items ship quickly, but in the unfortunate event that your order goes wrong, Shop4tech has the most dismal customer service I have ever experienced, even for an online merchant. The order I made was missing one item, and the CSR insisted that it had been shipped, and that I have to contact UPS for missing shipment. The thing is, it was not the fault of UPS. The box arrived in a timely manner, but was missing one of the items I ordered. Customer service was rude and unprofessional, and right now I am not sure whether to do a credit card chargeback, as it was a cheap item, but I would certainly never gamble my money on anything worth more than a few dollars with them. After over a month of e-mailing and calling customer service, the issue remains unresolved.

place an order for several weeks, nothing received with the tracking number saying shipped. worst site ever.

Placed an order for a mouse. Received an empty box. I called them and sent them the photos of the empty box (as requested by them). Now it has been 20 days, no information from them. I called them a few times but every time they said no update on this. Won't buy from them again!

They tried to reneg on the FW CashBack. Took three months to resolve before they admitted that I should get the CashBack. Only involved $2.40 but it was irritating.

Ordered dvd-cases on three occasions. Not the best quality, but great pricing (with GCO and free s/h) and fast shipping.

Non existent customer service. I have e-mailed them on two occasions (Once about an order not received and once about a defective item) and have *never* gotten a response from them.

Ordered an ink cartridge to test out product and service . Over 2 weeks to deliver 60 miles away ; THEN the item never made it to my house with the tracking # saying "delivered" .
Thank god this was a cheap $6 lesson learned
Shop4tech had thier chance to prove thenselves as an e-tailer and they LOST . Worth the $6 loss to me find out about thier bad service .
