GREAT COMPANY! GREAT PRODUCTS! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Most people only post something when it's negative, but I wanted to personally say that SidelineMVP.com has great prices, and my merchandise was received within 48hrs. I purchased Redskins Authentic Helmets on a Monday and received these by UPS on Wednesday. Their prices are unbelievable and I will continue to shop here for all my future skins merchandise. Thanks guys!!!

THIS IS NOT A COMPANY! It is a guy (his name is Michael King) supposely(?) I have been trying to contact SidelineMVP for over 2 months to exchange a product and have had no luck. Their website phone numbers send you to their website, you can't talk to a live person because it just loops. Don't be scammed, they will take your money and dissapear.... here is the Customer Service phone number if this will help you 703-973-2210 but it is just a voice mail for Mike King! Good luck for all of those that like me already invested time and money in this company. and for those that are thinking about it...DON'T! go directly to the NFL, NBA or your authorized sporting site... I have never had any problems with them....

This company is HORRIBLE! I purchased a college canopy as a birthday gift. When I received it, the canopy was poor quality and defective and looks as though it had been used. I have been emailing and calling for over 5 weeks.Twice I was able to speak with someone and told that I would be called back. Still no contact and no replacement. This company is very unprofessional and STINKS!

Company failed me. For a year they were out of stock. Finally when they had them in stock I ordered. 7-8 weeks later when I was expecting my order, I could not get a hold of anyone either via email or phone. I got lucky and finally someone answered only to tell me my order was never processed and they were out of stock. They stink! A courtesy email or call would have been nice to know!

Company failed to deliver. E-mail requests for tracking were completely ignored. Likewise, a phone call to request tracking information promised a timely response, but still nothing. Yet they charged my card immediately on placement of the order. I have entered the transaction into dispute with my credit card company. Very poor customer service. Would not recommend to anyone.

SidelineMVP.com was a great E-Tailer to work with. They had a lot of products we were looking for at great prices. I would do business with them again for sure. They had great customer service during the holidays and were very friendly.

You can wait two weeks and they won't let you know that they cancelled your order because the shipping price they quoted you wasn't what they expected. HOW CAN THEY NOT KNOW! An email asking the status was never returned. Poor poor POOR customer service!
