Eastbay.com is a very deceptive and evil company, numerous items on their website they do not even have in stock yet they intentionally mislead customers to believe the items are in stock so that they can charge your credit card and get payment, then you are eventually told that the item is not in stock and it will have to be backordered. They have taken your money under false pretences for an item which they do not even have, yet lied and said they had in stock, and it will take you weeks to get the order cancelled and a refund issued. Corporate corruption, greed, and deception at its worst. Deplorable customer service. They also try to hide the fact that they are owned by Foot Locker, as there is no mention of that anywhere on their website.

AVOID this horrible company and shop with an honest firm like Zappos.com or Shoes.com as they offer free shipping, lower prices, excellent customer service, and their websites only feature items that are actually in stock and ready to ship immediately. If an item becomes out of stock, their websites show that information instantly as they are reputable companies, unlike Eastbay who only wants to scam its customers and take your money for items which they do not even have at all. Do not do business with Eastbay, you can find numerous better companies out there to deal with that truly care about customer service and have better prices, and most times offer free shipping and free returns. Eastbay charges you $6.50 to return an item, plus you also have to pay the postage both ways, even if they screwed up. Do not risk get scammed by Eastbay.com, shop elsewhere.

Bought a pair of Uggs from them, because they have the model/size which I'm looking for. Standard online ordering procedure, with email confirmation etc. Was really thrilled that the item arrived within three days (Standard shipping option). Two thumbs up for that. Thank you, Eastbay!!!

Product selection is good enough, but their billing is a huge mess. The confirmation email or order detail online are not showing same information as the same as when you place the order. Gift card is not applied sometimes.

Once they charged my credit card more then it should. I made 3 calls about the order, spent total more than hour on the phone with them, the refund was still not correct. It seems they donĄŻt have all the record for those calls either. I had to explain over and over. I am not sure IĄŻll order from them againĄ­ too much time/energy spending, if something is not correct originally.

I've ordered from Eastbay a number of times now. Most recently I ordered a pair of football cleats. My ankles are for crap, so I wear the rigid, hinged plastic style ankle braces to prevent ankle rolls. I haven't had a roll since I started wearing these.

Well when I got the new cleats, by the 3rd game, I had another ankle roll. The new cleats didn't have as good of ankle support as my old ones, even though they were both mids.

I emailed Eastbay, hoping for some sort of discount on a new pair, or some accomodation. They told me to ship them back for a full refund or exchange toward another pair.

Couple weeks later, and the credit hit my account.

I will send my business their way in the future.

Highly recommend.

will never buy from them again. they cancel my order by complaining my credit card didn't go through. dammit, if it's the credit card's problem, why the order went through. so bad

Extremely pricy! Bad customer Service! Had to return some pants worth $50 dollars because it was too big. Never refunded back to my credit card after various attempts. Big company? What happened?!

They are tricky about their price match gaurantee and often have hidden disclaimers to get out of matching prices that are a lot cheaper than their own. Once they told me that the did not match Zappos.com because they had never heard of it.

wide selection. especially when it comes to soccer equipment.

although Eastbay shares stock info with many other sites (footlocker, champs, espn, etc) Eastbay seems to have best prices. (not to mention 30% off codes available from time to time)

shipping is little slow and sometimes too steep. return shipping charge is $6.50 and it will be deducted from the total you are owed.

overall, very good company
