Prices are very high --even with the large Cash Back I find they won't always apply our coupon discounts if the free shipping with X amt. of dollars offer on their site kicks in...

I found that PetCareRX is much higher priced than PetRX.com. I even applied an additional discount and free shipping and PetRX was still cheaper.

PetCareRX is lower priced than 1800PetMeds. I have had no problems with PetCareRX with my 3 previous orders. Although they do sometimes call with unsolicited phone calls, you can ask to remove the number from their call list.

I would never buy from them again because they didn't pay my "Cash Back" as advertised and FatWallet is still investigating it, monthes later, with no resolution from this store. Also, they spam me with offers/specials includng coupons that don't work and even call me on the phone!

The prices are pretty decent, but I got charged for S&H when I shouldn't have and it took me 3 calls before they finally credited me back 'out of courtesy'!!!

I've found that PetCareRX.com's prices are consistently lower than the vet's AND 1-800-PET-MEDS' prices on the same products. Plus, the shipping time is relatively quick and ordering procedure is easy. I've also used the web chat process wherein I have communicated with a CSR, and she was very knowledgeable and efficient.

PetCareRx.com is a veterinary pharmacy with discounts that constantly change. I'd never call them over the phone though. Because, it's "LETS MAKE A DEAL TIME" then. PetCareRx.com customer service people lie about available discounts... i.e. 10% vs 5% off, free shipping, gifts. I have a feeling that the salespeople are on commission. So, they have no incentive to give you their best deals...
