Worst internet shopping experience I ever had! Sent a completely WRONG item, not even close to what I ordered! Now I've been wrestling with them for a month trying to get things fixed. AWFUL!!!

In todays era, having to call and confirm your order is ridiculous. I spent 5 minutes and 12 seconds on the phone with a representative while she confirmed my order. She needed to know order #, shipping and billing address, credit card # and a few other items. Why did I bother going online?? I am not trying to be pain, but having a customer service reps that are capable of speaking English that you can understand would be nice also. Probably will not order again.
