on Aug.18,2003 I ordered a Kodak Easyshare Camera Dock.I have not received the camera dock and no response from emails and the last time I called the phone was not accepting calls any longer. I would never order from this place again. and they did charge my debit card as soon as I ordered, so I am out my money because it was not a credit card I used but my bank card. I agree with everyone about this place.if you don't want to loose your money don't order from them.

Do not buy from this company you will never get your order because EMScomputing, Techsavings, and ETechWarehouse are going out of business (which are all the same companies - just check their tax information). The new site is Techbuyers direct. This is the worst company in the world they will charge your card right after you order instead of waiting until it ships (per Florida Law) and if you cancel the order it is possible that you want see the money for over a year. Be warned!!!!

If anybody need a good advice stay away from etechwarehouse.com While they have a very competitive prices and nice selection of items, this store is abolutely useless if you encounter troubles. I've ordered a professional scanner with ADF from them. One week after it's arrival it quit working. After being put on hold for about 1 hour twice, I was lucky to speak with Returns department. The first time they said they will cross ship another scanner, and when UPS will deliver the new scanner they will pick up the old one. As they said it would take between 7 and 10 days. After 1.5 weeks passed and nobody came I called them again. After a few hours being put on hold, the same person I spoke with before told me that it is the company's policy not to cross ship any items. I would have to buy a new scanner and they would refund me for the old one. Since it has beed a while I told him I just wanted to return defective item. He agreed and said UPS will pick it up. Guess what happened? Nobody ever came. After another week or so the same person said he had made a mistake in documentation and since it has been more then 30 days he can not accept any returns. I would have to speak with Hewlett Packard to have the situation resolved. The worst company I have ever dealt with.

I ordered an Epson 1280 printer from EtechWarehouse. Their web site indicated the item would be processed and shipped within 24 hours. After more than 48 hours, their web site indicated the order still had not been processed. I tried calling to find out what the hold up was, but only got the EtechWarehouse phone maze, and after 30 minutes on hold, I gave up. I sent an email to cancel the order and got a reply indicating the order was canceled and if my credit card had been charged, it would be refunded within 5-7 days of the cancellation. It turns out they had charged my credit card, but their web site wasn’t being updated. It has now been 30 days since the cancellation. I have emailed them and left phone messages asking for a refund, with no reply. I have had to write my credit card company, asking them to not honor this charge. Beware of EtechWarehouse.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ANY COST. i placed an order for 5 monitors and they charged my creditcard rightaway. However the fun begins when i try to get an order status and found it's impossible to reach support. I was on hold for 1 1/2 hr every time waiting for a rep and there is ONLY ONE REP ( ext 3297 ). I also tried to reach support via e-mail and got the following numerous times
Received: from hotmail.com [126.96.36.199] by hermes.encio.com (SMTPD32-8.02) id A47C21501F0; Mon, 25 Aug 2003 12:08:28 -0400 Message-ID: <firstname.lastname@example.org> X-EM-Version: 6, 0, 1, 0 X-EM-Registration: #00506208102918003A50 From: "email@example.com" <firstname.lastname@example.org> To: "eTechWarehouse" <email@example.com> Subject: Order Question Date: Mon, 25 Aug 2003 12:08:28 -0400 MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/html; charset=US-ASCII " so finally i reached through only to find out that nothing has been shipped. I think this company's on-line inventory is false and I will def not buy from them

I ordered quite a few monitors from several different online resellers in hopes on finding a good one to supply my business with computer parts and such. Needless to say eTechwarehouse will definitely NOT be getting my company's computer business. According to their web site (which I got to by Pricewatch) they had ground shipping, which would let the item be shipped "within 24-48 hours". Of course it is now 8 days later and my monitor is still in "processing". I've called twice now, each time waiting about 20-30 minutes to talk to a real person. Both times the customer service reps (Rudolph and Brian) ensured me my item would be shipped within a day or two. The item was coming from a warehouse within the metropolitan area that I live in. I check on my item everyday on their up-to-date (sarcasm) tracking on their web site and everyday it is still in "processing". I wished I had found this rating website prior to buying from them and 2 other companies. I will say that Newegg.com has now become my supplier for my company's computer needs. On Friday I am canceling my order to eTechwarehouse.

Should have listened to the Forums on this one!!!
Showed great price on a printer I wanted, was concerned about all negative feedback online but tried a phone order anyway. Salesperson put me on hold & told me he checked on avail from warehouse directly and was good, took order and charged credit card immediately. Well order got cancelled 2 days late "out of stock" with a "credit requested". Well 2 weeks later and still no credit to my charge.
WILL NEVER USE AGAIN!!!
I suppose I should have listened to the following consumer advice posted online:
“Be careful everyone, they are also the same people running TechSavings.com AND ETW.com, known as ETECHWAREHOUSE.COM....BUYER BEWARE, STAY AWAY!!!!”
