I Ordered a new guitar off American Musical Supply.
It arrived promptly, but was the wrong guitar.
They stuck me for the shipping and were very hard to get a return slip.
Altogether it took me almost 2 months to get the guitar i ordered back, as they kept saying it was out of stock.
They DID Eventually get the guitar to me-in 7 1/2 weeks.
It had all kinds of knicks and cuts and came in the wrong case.
I Didn't bother trying to send it again.
I just took the loss.

I was shocked to find that AMS was not included in this ratings list so I took the liberty of adding it. I've purchased over $3000 worth of instuments all on separate occasions and they have never let me down once. thanks for letting me rock on, AMS!
