Very bad company. Total hoax. I ordered Panasonic PV GS200 from this store on 5/4/2004. With tons of calls, my final status(as of 5/20) is that I got a fake Fedex number, and of course no shipment at all. Please remember the guy so called Moses at extension 210. He sounds like a trustable person in the phone but actually all he said is just to make you wait longer and longer. Don't order from them!

I would not shop at INOAX.com again. I bought a Canon Optura 20 camcorder as the price at Inoax was very good. I needed it by a specific date, so I called the order in so I could pay for whatever shipping I needed. I was assured that I would receive it on time by paying for the 3-day air shipping, which I did. And I did receive it on time, and it was sent UPS 3-day air. However, when I checked my credit-card onine, instead of the quoted (and posted) 24.00 charge for 3-day air, I was charged 54.99 for the shipping. When I called to ask about it, rather than dealing with customer service as requested, they connected me to the salesman who sold it to me who was not honest with me at this time. He also tried to "bribe" me out of any further stated dissatisfaction with them by offering me first "two free tapes" then, instead, "one free lens," then told me he "maybe" could squeeze out a free camera bag and would ship it overnight. I refused all offers as all I wanted was to be treated fairly and be credited for the overcharge. I wrote a "snail-mail" letter to customer service on September 26. It has been over three weeks, and I have never received any reply at all. The camera was as stated, and delivery was very timely. However, the experience left me with a very bad taste in my mouth, and I would never shop here again. If you do shop here, I would get all charges IN WRITING prior to "sealing" the deal. As a customer, I would prefer paying a few dollars more for good and fair customer service. The extra charges (money-wise) were not the problem -- the dishonesty was the problem.
