I ordered about 200 dollars worth of stuff after the 50% coupon.
One of the things I order was a power supply for my laptop to allow it to charge in my car. When i got the item it would not fit the power supply in my computer. I read the documentation and found you has to order an additional Intellitip to run a Apple Powerbook g4 with it. I went to the Belkin site and order one for 5.00 dollars but found there was a $7.50 shipping fee. I already had the charger so I just went ahead and bought the tip for a total of $12.50.
I emailed Belkin that I was dissatisfied because if their web page was clearer I would have ordered the tip during the first shipment and I would not have incurred a $7.50 shipping charge. About an hour later I got an email apologizing and stating that they had removed the shipping charge.
So I am very happy with their responsiveness to my needs.

Belkin doesn't have any idea what customer support is. I have emailed them numerous times in reference to their wireless routers built in "parental control" spam and how to get rid of it. They won't respond. When I use the router to access the iternet the connect speed is reduced by over 25%. It often won't even access the internet. It is junk, they don't care, and won't respond to inquiries.

I ordered a Belkin power adapter for my iPod through Belkin's website because of a 50% off coupon. After placing the order the first week of January, it took until Jan 28th to get my product. I emailed Belkin 3 times asking where it was with only one response back.
Their website is useless for tracking information on a purchase. My P/O number would not even be accepted by it. They need to get their information systems in order before I would buy again.

My order through was absolutely HORRIFIC. I want to cry. Things were missing, parts were broken, everything was dirty and had obviously been handled. I will never EVER order from them ever again.
