I ordered an NFL Jersey which said it was in stock and would ship in 3-5 business days. 2 days after placing my order, I got an email stating it was back ordered. After 2 weeks of waiting, I decided to cancel the order. That took 2 phone calls to CS to finally cancel and not charge my CC. I did receive the rest of my order on time. It was an OK experience. Not sure if I will order through them again or not.

Finally got to talk to the supervisor. Item I ordered a month ago is out of stock and they promised to issue credit.
NEVER order from this store. They have the WORST service I have ever seen.

Placed an order almost a month ago. Their shipping charge is $10 (pretty high), but they use USPS. As of today, the order has not been received. Their customer service is terrible too. I need to have item tomorrow, but they refuse to reship it because they "have to follow their procedure". (following up on a claim first). I don't recommend ever using this store.

I had an identity fraud issue after using Sports Authority with Google Checkout. My credit card had to be canceled and a new one opened to prevent further fraud issues. The charge for Sports Authority (for what I really did buy) was approved and after 10 days I called them to see when my order would ship. After all that they didn't have record of my order!

Placed order for an authentic jersey using 15% coupon + FW. Order went through fine but 2 days later I got an e-mail saying my order was cancelled. If coupon has restrictions they shouldn't have allowed the order to go through...

Sports Authority's shipping charge is not low, but they choose super slow USPS Parcel Selected as shipping method. That's the worst shipping experience I met.

Ordered a camera and another small item. When the order went through, the e-mail said I ordered a 3 year service plan for the camera. I immediately called to cancel the service plan. I was told to wait 4 hours and cancel the whole order (since they can't cancel part of an order) once it "hits" their system. I looked at the web again and saw that the order was up on their system so called again (withing 5 minutes of placing the order). I canceled the entire order as they said to and did not reorder when he said he couldn't guarantee the order would be delivered by Christmas. I was told it was all cancelled. A little more than a week later the camera showed up. Customer Service than told me they cancelled the other two items but not the camera. They said they couldn't stop my order from being shipped. I was told I would have to pay shipping and handling as well as shipping for its return trip. E-mails have gotten the same pasted message back. The phone CS rep would not allow me to speak to someone higher up. I will never order form them again.

Tried to use their price matching feature which guarantees 110% price match. They refused because I received free shipping. However, if your purchase is over $100, the free shipping automatically kicks in. The only way you can't get free shipping is if you pay for special expedited shipping.

I will never shop there again.

Order was sent with missing parts. They initially refused to exchange it for an item of the same price because the sale had ended. The RMA process took way too long. I will chalk it up to them being swamped at Xmas because other people have good things to say about them. Customer service was very rude.

With a family that camps and skis, and a son who is highly involved in sports, I end up shopping a lot for sports equipment. They have hands-down the best selection, very competitive prices, and they ship quickly.
