Brought two products. The first was an internal hard drive that I mistakenly believed was an external hard drive. This was only partially my fault as the picture showed an external drive and the site suggested buying a USB cable (which only be useful if it was an external drive). When I complained they offered a refund minus 15% and would not refund shipping. They also offered a 10% discount on external cases. I asked for the discount but they didn't respond.
I bought the case without the discount. However, the case they sent was entirely different from what I bought (or thought I was buying). Different model, manufacturer, picture, power source, accessories, and the size, which meant I couldn't use it. What they sent was not even available on their website and is about $8 lower in value than what I asked for.
Haven't contacted them again (I wanted to vent my rage) but I don't expect much from them. So basically, they lied to me.

I purchased a Logitech mouse from their company. Although the item was sealed in a bag, the item was obviously USED. It literally had hand dirt between the buttons that you could scrape off with your fingernail. The mouse feet had red fibers clinging to the adhesive along the edges of the pads. This mouse obviously was a refurb. Definately not OEM New as advertised.
Ok. Fine. I call them and discussed with them the situation. They said to send the old mouse back and they would send a new mouse in return. They would also reimburse for shipping.
As soon as they received the mouse. They reimbursed me the cost of the mouse. Shafted me on the return shipping. And refused to answer a followup email on why they did not send a new mouse as agreed upon and as promised.
This is over a $20 mouse. Imagine if you actually bought something of value from this place.
To sum it all up:
Basically. I lost money. I lost time. I wasted cell minutes. And I touched some nasty scumbag's old mouse
Yep. This is the ultimate company I want to deal with from now on....
