Do NOT buy from American-Deals they are a fly by night company that does not stand behind the orders thay take vs. delivering products to the customer. STAY AWAY!!

this company is the WORST ever. they have items on their website, but do not carry it nor sell it. when i email them about it asking why my order was canceled. this is the email that they sent back to me.

"hello sh!thead
you are so stupid that it`s beyond imagining
you you didn`t bother calling us to get prices nor availability on the ``items``that you ordered....you are dumber then dumber
go get a life."

how professional is that? i tell you don't bother with these people. they are not professional at all. and try calling and see what kind of attitude you'll get from them. if you do decide to buy something with them, good luck on getting it. you'll need it. if you need proof, i'll be glad to forward you the email.

This is the worst retailer I've ever dealt with. It has been 5 days since I've placed my order, and the only thing I have heard from them is some guy named "Ralph" leaving a message on my answering machine telling me to verify my order. This sounds nice until you try and verify your order. ANY phone number you call plays the same recorded "hold" message, which is obviously fake, and tells you to leave a message, which I have done several times; telling them to continue proccessing my order, and to call me back on my cell phone instead of my home phone. I've sent them an email, but of course no response. They claim on their site "due to the volume of orders, order proccessing can take 5 days." More like, "Due to our laziness, we only work 2 days a week, and will get to your order whenever we feel like it."
I have a feeling I will be magically getting a response after they see this review, and that they just might hire someone to sit at a phone for a few hours a day to actually provide the "live customer service" they promise. I have considered telling them to cancel my order, but I doubt they will ever get my message or email before it's too late. I just want my digital camera [this year]. Is that too much to ask for?
I bought into their 30 or so "good" reviews, and thought I was making a pretty good choice, but after a few days, it's pretty obvious the reviews I saw were fake.
I will keep this updated if anything happens, but don't hold your breath. PLEASE STAY AWAY!
It has now been 2 weeks since I have placed my order. My credit card still has not been charged. I called them (and actually got a hold of a human being!) 5 days ago, and they "needed another $6 for insured shipping" (even though their 'set rate' of $20 doesn't account for that?). They said I would be receiving it this week. Somehow I don't believe that.
22 days - that's 3 whole weeks - after I placed my order, I finally got my camera.
