Order was shipped quickly but was defective upon arrival. (DOA, Dead On Arrival). I contacted retailer within three days of delivery and was informed they have a 15% restocking fee on defective items they send out. I have never heard of any company stocking merchandise they know is defective, I would urge anyone to refrain from purchasing from ACCUPC. I have been in IT (PC Support, Server support, database support, etc) for 15 years and have never heard of any company charging a restocking fee on DOA items. ACCUPC has a posted return policy which states very clearly on their site "A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns for refund", but when asking for the original item to function I wouldn't expect to pay a restocking fee unless the customer was outside the return period. (ACCUPC has a 30 day return period).

GREAT company to purchase from. Fast shipping and they email you letting you know they got your order and then email you again letting you know when its shipped. Even sent me a email to make sure I had received my order. Now that is customer service with a smile
