Crooks, that's it.

I bought a Neoprene case for my moto v3c from them. The shipping is super-slow -- took about 10 days for me to receive that case, only to find it's of poor design and material. The case wraps the whole phone, all those external buttons as well as the charging port got covered hense becoming useless. So have to return it. Their customer service replied 4 days after I submitted the request, saying "just return the item and we'll issue you the refund".

I paid by myself to get that case returned 3 weeks ago. I've made numerous requests, asking for the refund. Finally, they issued the refund of $1.90 -- instead of the original purchase price of $9.91 back to me.

I'm still trying to fight them, to get my money back.

I don't understand why this store got such high ratings -- such kind of customer service doesn't deserve that at all.

I think the rating here at FatWallet also needs to be modified.

ordered two stereo headsets and car charger for nokia 6230
got 2 MONO headsets and car charger to old nokia 3360 model that isn't the same voltage.
Contacted them the same day and got reply 3 days after to return for exchange and that return will not cost me anything. But in Post Office I was told that label on the package doesn't allow returns that for free and i have to pay for new label!
Tried to call them - no luck - answering machine - left severall msg-s.

I don't know how they got - as iTrimming such good 98% rating at eBay for such service.

And I'm not alone who got Mono instead Stereo headsets.
I'll wait for 3 more days and then in case they will not resolve the issue will contact my Credit Card dept.

Eforcity lies, doesn't respond to emails, has unworkable products... I would guess... I only got half my order and they refuse to send the other half. Lucky it was only a $20.00 lesson, but the frustration of dealing with such CON ARTISTS is horrible.
