Seems ok, Still like Nordstrom better

I recently ordered from them for the first time. The process was easy and they sent out prompt e-mails about the status of my order. They shipped the order after a few days and sent me the tracking info. So far so good. I have not received the product yet, so not sure about how easy returns are. The only downside is that their website says that returns have to be back in their store within 15 days - so you have to stay on top things. In other words, if you end up taking a trip or have some other life details (like kids :))that distract you and you delay sending in your return, you will end up paying a fee. I have found that Nordstrom is the best especially for busy Moms who cannot always stay on top of everything. They have an unlimited return policy that helps me out each time!

Customer Service Not As Good As Before

Ever since Shopbop.com was sold to Amazon,they change the return policy and I can't get cashback from fatwallet.com. I placed more than 10 orders since last Sep,noneof them get cashback from fatwallet.com. I definately sure I use the correct link,for I can successfully got cashback before it was sold to Amazon.

I have tried several different shopping websites but in my opinion shop bop has the widest selection of great fashion high and otherwise. The site is easy to navigate, and shipping is fast and free. Returns are just as easy and free as long as you return the item 15 days from when you receive the item. If it's later than that, you may have to pay a small fee, but it is returnable up to 60 days after receipt. I no longer really use other websites because my experiences with shop bop is always very satisfying and consistent.
