Cash Back Account Overview

    While most merchants report in just a few days, others may take up to 2 weeks from the shipping date. Nothing will show in your account until the merchant reports to us, so please do not worry (or send a support request) until 2 weeks after your entire order has been shipped. If you still don't see anything, then please send us complete order information on a Support Request. We must receive such requests within 60 days to be able to do a full investigation.

    Backorder - Naturally, if a purchase is on back-order for an extended time, our deadline for submitting a claim is likewise extended.

    Travel - Also, some travel merchants make only a preliminary report (or none at all) until after travel concludes. For those merchants, we need to hear from you within 60 days of the end-of-travel.

    When in doubt, Contact Us. We'd rather hear from you 2 weeks too early than even 2 days too late. For some merchants, we can assist up to the 90th day from the shop date, but a safe bet is to assume we'll lose the right to file a claim after 60 days.
